You always get what you pay for.. Picked up a click and collect and it was a huge waste of time as I could have picked out and paid for what I wanted a lot quicker. As it turned out I wasn't happy with a couple of things I'd ordered and that's on me for not Shopping in person, but trying to return them literally at the counter when confirming the pickup proved to be a huge hassle that cost me 20 odd minutes of waiting.. The staff were fine and helpful enough, but it boggles my mind how difficult this seemed to be.. Also the store credit thing on returns? Seems a bit sketchy RE consumer rights, especially when it didn't leave the store.. I picked out whatever I could to use it up and get out of there, and I reckon I'll take my chances on eBay next time instead..

Spent quite some time looking for the mounting kit with no staff interested in assisting me. Stood behind a group of staff standing at the front of the store, hoping for assistance. They didn’t beak their important conversation about one of their ex’s cars being parked out the front. Eventually a guy with curly hair and a hat helped me locate what I needed and he was nice. Out of principle, do not shop here, the staff don’t appear to care whether you buy anything or not. More an inconvenience you being there. Good kit so perhaps another SuperCentre has better customer service.

I had to Work at Midland gate shopping centre to before I start driving on my holidays. Hoping my fridge in the back of Prado would keep going all day. 2pm just been up there to check. Been parked since 6am . I couldn't believe my eyes when I checked battery WOW my new solar blanket panels is working amazingly. 2nd Battery 🔋 is still Green 💚. Can't believe it. So fridge is still going properly. Yay

Whatever customer service improvements that shaped up in Q4 2025 are long dead and buried. If you can get past a "Hi there, I have a click and collect please" without being made to feel like you sacrificed the front desk staffs' first born child to be there, then you're a luckier person than I. Noticing an emerging trend of being fobbed off to go drive around the back and get served at the warehouse even for goods carried on the floor, and last time I was stupid enough to do it the guy questioned why I went to the back. Think I'm finally done with the inconsistent and apathetic service here

This place is a complete national disgrace. They never answer the phone, was on the phone waiting for 20 minutes so I hung up. Manager its not how you run a business, and I don't want to hear the same garbage we were busy. Organise your staff and yourself and see if you can turn it round from a circus to a respectful business. Your going to run out of business one day. Only then you will realise what and how went wrong. Not for me no more there. Its just crap service. Also stop the bullshit of the same response to reviews expressing their bad customer service they experienced with they same response. Do something about it manager. Drag them in your office and deal with these bad employees. Or drag yourself out and move on. You show no signs of any changes. If I owned the company, you would be fired on the spot manager. Long ago. Just shows clowns all down the line.
