Came into the store for a 30L draw fridge. No stock was available so I was shown to the seconds/clearance section. There was a clear sign next to three 30L Draw fridges stating $160 each for a 30L Draw Fridge and I was told they can’t give that price and it’s $190. I asked to speak with management and he was so rude and just made excuses. He refused to give the price advertised for returned/seconds items. Disappointed in their service both times I came in this week. Highly recommend using a company that offers better customer care. Got a picture of advertised price and happy to share it. I use to always use their products but so turned off now by their customer service.

Ask for Josh. We got fabulous deals, fantastic customer service and when we picked up the packs we forgot a strap and the fella out back ran to his car and gave us one. All of the workers there were so polite and personable and helpful

A disappointing experience in this store. Went in a week ago to purchase a battery. Wanting to ask a few questions on a lithium battery looked around for some assistance. No one around. Waited for ages until someone appeared only to be told there were none in stock even though I had seen them advertised on sale that day. Left disappointed. When back today to find the same, no staff around to help. Eventually Nolan turned up, didn’t appear overly enthusiastic. Ended up purchasing a lithium battery only to be told by my sister later on that day that she thought a different charger was needed other than a normal car battery charger. Decided to take it back the same day I purchased it and tried to get some answers but not really to my satisfaction. Decided to return it and get my money back but was told I could only get store credit (which I probably wouldn’t use.) Asked about then purchasing a charger from them but found they didn’t stock them. A great help! No problems with the store in Toowoomba where I moved from. Always found plenty of staff there who were all enthusiastic and keen to assist. Don’t think I’ll ever be entering the doors here again.

What a colossal stuff around. I recieved an email to collect my items. Firstly I was told my stuff wasn't ready. Thats all good but why email me to tell me to come and collect? Next I was told they didn't have the table I ordered. Again, all good. I asked if I could upgrade to the other table.. I was told they would need to do a credit and I would pay the difference.. unfortunately The guy on the till didn't know how to do that and nobody could help him. He then asked if I could just pay the full amount and keep the credit. I said yes but im not happy about it. What a waste of an hour.

Possibly the best in store service I have had ever. Store manager knows his stuff and went out of his way to help and make suggestions without the hard sell. Gave me as much time as I needed without feeling rushed. As a result, I am happy to make the drive down tomorrow to make more purchases in person as opposed to doing so online.
