Adam from the new Wagga Wagga store IS AMAZING. He helped us with the set up for our new motorhome and ensured we got the best price for so many items. It helps when the staff know what they are doing and also know what they are talking about. Adam was very professional, very helpful and has a great personality. Ask for Adam when you go in store.

I was served by Chloe, who refused the return on the basis that the outer cardboard box had been opened and the tape removed, despite the product itself not being damaged. During the discussion, another staff member confirmed that parts were missing from the item, which should have allowed the return to proceed. Despite this, Chloe still refused to process a return, replacement, or refund. From the outset, there was no willingness to assist or resolve the issue. When I asked to speak with the store manager, Chloe provided inconsistent information about her role and authority. She later left the area while on the phone with a superior and returned to again refuse the return without clearly explaining the reasoning. The interaction escalated due to Chloe’s dismissive and confrontational manner. I was spoken to rudely and ultimately told to leave the store. This was handled in a highly unprofessional way for a customer service and returns situation. Another staff member, Adam, remained calm and professional, but deferred to Chloe’s decision. Based on this experience, I do not believe Chloe is suitable for dealing with customers in a high-stress customer service or returns role. Overall, extremely disappointing service.

So happy with this shop. First time customer buying camp chairs for the race track for my husband and son to attend races and I am very pregnant and exhausted. I came in today and asked where click and collects were and one team member directed me to where to go. Then the guy that served me was a delight. He was good fun chatting as he processed my order then I explained my situation and said I'd need to go swap out with my husband to carry the order as my son was asleep in the car and he said not to worry and assisted by taking my order to my car and helping hubby load it. I didn't get his name but he had facial piercings and was so down to earth and lovely to me and that man deserves a promotion. Usually customer service people aren't very helpful but this guy made me decide if I need anything like this again I will 100% be coming back to your store.

Came to pick up a click and collect as we travelled through. While we were there the manager helped us to transfer a click and collect that we were waiting for on back order, for Christmas. So helpful and saved us so much time and effort. 10 out of 10
