The customer service in this place absolutely sucks. One of the members of staff sold me the wrong item. I took it out to my car to fit it and it was the wrong size. Took it back in store and they said you can’t return it because you opened it and when I told them their staff told me it was the right item. They they just shrugged their shoulders and said not our problem.

I don’t think there is anywhere that I have enjoyed shopping as much as I did in your store today. The lady that helped me find everything that I wanted, was absolutely wonderful thank you. I will definitely be back.

Had the pleasure of shopping at the Wagga 4wd store absolutely great service by all the sales people l have had Young Cameron was great with his limited knowledge as he said l am learning Sir but l will find someone to help us both which l thought was so honest so to anyone thinking of Shopping there ask for Cameron Cheers Robert Pope

I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience at the kings super centre Wagga. Highly organised, exceptional range of products and even better service. Natalia went above and beyond to assist with not only the best price, but an outstanding knowledge of the products and a friendly demenour. Will definitely come back for more. Thanks very much

What a terrible place to shop. The staff had attitude from the moment I walked in to collect my goods. While I was waiting they seemed more interested in talking among themselves at the counter rather than serving customers. The staff member who took my things out to my car could not seem to take no for an answer when I told him I preferred to load my car myself but eventually flounced off after being told I wasn't going to stand there and argue with them. A good reason to shop online and have it delivered. I'll certainly tell my friends.
