My partner and I were wandering around the area when we decided to check out some camping gear. Neither of us had ever done proper tent camping before, so we weren’t really sure what to expect. From the moment we walked in, the energy from the staff was amazing. Usually when I say I'm "just browsing," staff just nod and walk away. But here, one of the team members started up a conversation with us. They were super engaging and knowledgeable and shared things we didn’t even know. They made us feel welcome and genuinely interested in helping, even though we weren’t buying anything. We ended up checking out the rooftop tents too and met another staff member who was just as friendly and engaging. The whole experience was honestly fun; it’s actually motivated us to eventually take camping up as a hobby, and we’ll definitely be coming back. In short, the customer service was absolutely superb. Warm, helpful, and genuinely passionate staff.

My partner was lied to by a staff member here just to make a sale telling him the kettle that was sold would change colour from blue to purple which it does not. I don't understand the need to straight up lie to someone's face for a little sale. Pathetic. Other members or staff were just rude and unfriendly. Not to mention Kings products are unbelievably unreliable and just straight up bad. We have had to replace the cable of our fridge several times in just a month, our fridge will not keep temp and leaks. Kings products are continuously terrible made. Could actually just make the cables properly but they want them to break so we all spend more money. Terrible service, terrible products and terrible people.

A Shoutout to 4WD Supacentre Eastern Creek for Exceptional Customer Service! I just had one of the best customer service experiences at 4WD Supacentre Eastern Creek, and I felt compelled to share it. Let’s be honest—when you’re out shopping, it’s rare to come across staff who truly go above and beyond, but at Eastern Creek, that’s exactly what happened. This isn’t my first time buying from them, but this experience stood out. I was looking for something that I wasn’t entirely sure about—the size of a product—and needed some guidance. Without hesitation, a lovely staff member stepped up to assist me, guiding me through the options and making sure I was comfortable with my decision. It’s not every day you find such friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful service, and I was so impressed and grateful. On top of that, I had to share something I discovered for my fellow Model Y owners: the Kings Escape 30L Fridge fits perfectly in the sub-trunk of the car! It’s the ideal size, and I’ve included some photos for reference. At a reasonable price, this fridge is definitely a must-have for anyone looking for a solid 30L option. (And just to clarify—I’m not a salesperson, just a satisfied customer!) Once again, a huge thank you to 4WD Supacentre Eastern Creek for making shopping a pleasant experience. It's rare to encounter such a welcoming, always smiling, helpful team, and I truly appreciate it. For anyone who values great customer service, this is the place to go!
