These people are extremely kind and helpful. We had a problem with our battery during our road trip to go to Broome and we stopped at Geraldton, in less than one day they test our battery, replace it because it was faulty and give us some clue and advice to keep the new in good condition. They are very competent people and will help you with kindness. Thanks so much to the team we can continue our travel safely with a good battery :)

Do not buy this brand, I have only had bad experiences whether in Queensland or Western Australia. Their business model is based on a scam because for each product you buy has a one-year warranty except that their products are defective before a year, so when you try to use the warranty, they only offer you to pay more, a superior quality product, because the renewal of products is so fast that they do not offer to change the product you had for the same product, but to always buy something more expensive so you always spend more. Just a scam. Being a very good customer of the brand, I have never had the right to a commercial gesture from them, even for products under warranty. I was always told not to buy Kings, and that is the case.
