Walked in there having zero clue on anything. 'Grandpa' Richard explained everything in detail on the setup I needed...knowing very well I wouldn't be purchasing anything. Fantastic guy. All stars for him!! Store was well set out and had good displays.

Returned a faulty item on 26th September and was told there was a 10% restock fee or I could get store credit for balance..No cash refunds. The manager took my item and reckons he would test it on his way home from work and they would contact me he obviously thought I was a liar. One week has gone bye and NO contact so I called Canberra who were going to email Rocky store and have them make contact with me. Of course this didn't happen so I called Canberra again...they phoned Rocky and was told my item was NOT faulty and apparently Rocky said same deal..10% restock fee and balance as store credit. I don't even want to deal with this company again as staff were rude and there's NOTHING else I want from there Buyers be warned

Had the lovely pleasure dealing with Kim today. Always makes our visits amazing. Maybe try and get more stock in. Possibly work out click and collect and some who don't have pay later options possibly lay-by options be available. Thank you Kim

Awesome service! Went in just to have a look before going to ARB, and I was impressed by the service! Went to ARB who had terrible service bordering on rudeness, as such they lost a 3k sale. The team at 4x4 Supacentre worked with me and went above and beyond to help me, including putting the bulky items in the car. Bought the kings tourer MK3, 270 awning, and some bits and pieces. The quality looks decent, for the price it’s very good. Mid range quality for budget prices and good service.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff, James helped us with our spotlights. We purchased the 9in lethal pros and WOW they are awesome. The best spotties we have ever seen, and the price was brilliant too. Rocky is definitely the shop to go to.
