First visit and I have to say I’m impressed. The customer service here is top notch. Was helped by Shannon and she was so patient and accommodating to me. Helped us get the best products based on what we described and even when to get the correct items to our trolley. Incredible product knowledge she has.

I would give 6 stars if I could ....been coming to this store for over 5 years and have never had a bad or negative encounter with any of the staff. John, the manager, treats everyone like they're the most important customer in the store. Always friendly, obliging and gives 100%. The Kings products themselves continue to evolve and improve .. Always bringing out new and improved camping and 4WDg items. I've just visited on a busy Saturday afternoon and the manager still took time to come out to my vehicle and check out my fridge issues, then problem solved within 15 mins. Excellent customer service.

The wind hit us like it had a personal vendetta. Mr Kings awning did not just flap. It ripped. Properly. Rudely. Right across the roof. So we drove all the way from Wongan Hills to Cannington to get a replacement. Asked for a six by three cover. Paid. Picked it up.No stickers. No labels. Just a mystery blue bundle. Got home. Rain coming. Threw it on the frame. Pulled it tight.And instantly realised it was too small. Not even close. Not six by three. More like nice try sweetheart. And to top it off, the seventy nine dollar cover rang up as eighty. Then comes the warning. The Kings awning cover only comes with a two week guarantee. That is what the man at the counter told us straight. But here is the kicker. If your awning was up in any wind at all, the guarantee means nothing. Not for the two weeks. Not for two days. Not at all. So the cover is only covered if you never actually use it. And here is the part that really showed their colours. They would not refund me. They told us they would only take it back if we returned the awning in the bag. But it rained that night. We had to put it over our kitchen or everything would have been soaked. We had no choice but to use it. According to them, we should have let the entire kitchen get flooded, packed the wet awning back into the bag, then driven it back the next day. Only after destroying our own setup were we allowed to return it. Since we used it to keep the kitchen dry for one night, they refused the refund completely. I will now ONLY shop at KickAss, Anaconda or BCF!

Not a product rating more of a culture rating. I recently had a 36ah power pack fail after 3 months. I started a claim online which takes forever, they have you jump through weird hoops to prove its broken, so after I do all that they ignore me. I'm stuck, now I need to drive a 2 hour round trip to store. In store they have me join a queue for testing which is no fun. Once it was my turn I explain and old mate pulls a few faces to show I'm talking rubbish, he plugs in a voltmeter smirks and points. So I explain again that the pack drops to 8 volts under a tiny load, he pulls his face again and walks off with it underarm Into the warehouse.... After waiting forever whilst he tried everything he could to prove the thing works, he returns sits at the desk and says I'll get you a new one. I'm good, I'll take a store credit. So he sits in silence again then eventually I'm told the store credit is in my emails. I bought the power pack as a bundle with a home charger and car charger, I'm stuck with those because "they are seperate items". Obviously they are seperate but they are also accessories bought together to make the broken item work. Buying for here be careful. The guy was desperate to find an out but I had the genuine chargers and perfect condition unit, if not they would have fobbed me off for sure. Also if you buy something and a whole heap of accessories you're stuck with the accessories...Buy a paddle board, seat, electric pump and paddle and the paddleboard is junk you'll be stuck with a car full of accessories. Even though I got most of my money back, I wasted at least 6 hours at home trying to figure out what was wrong and reaching out to customer service. Then i spent the half my Saturday driving to store and the 90 minutes I was in store dealing with it. It's simply not worth it, the second it broke the most productive thing I could have done is throw it in the bin.

Just Like to add my positive feedback from our visit to the store yesterday. From the minute we walked in we were treated like kings. The manager loaded our purchases on to trolley while we continued to shop. He knew the shops deals are helped us to even get a better price when we bundled a few items together. Highly recommend before black friday sale ends.
