First visit and I have to say I’m impressed. The customer service here is top notch. Was helped by Shannon and she was so patient and accommodating to me. Helped us get the best products based on what we described and even when to get the correct items to our trolley. Incredible product knowledge she has.

We went into 4WD Superstore recently and honestly walked out really impressed. From the start, the store was well set up and had a good range of products, but what made the visit stand out was the customer service. My husband and I were helped by Ray Ray, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. Ray Ray was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a big smile, listened carefully to what we were after, and didn’t just point us in the right direction — she actually walked with us, showed us the options, and even grabbed the products we needed. With the number of items we were buying, her help saved us a lot of time and made the whole process easy. She had a great knowledge of the products, answered all our questions without rushing us, and made sure we left with exactly what we needed. It’s rare these days to find staff who genuinely enjoy what they’re doing and take pride in helping customers, but Ray Ray did just that. She went above and beyond and turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a really positive experience. If you’re heading to 4WD Superstore, I’d definitely recommend asking for Ray Ray. She is a credit to the team and her service deserves recognition.

Don’t waste your money on this crap. Spend a bit more and get something decent. Bought an awning. Didn’t make it 1 day out on a camp. Bought the premium big daddy air… leaked like a siv. Fridge is noisy. Just generally crappy products. Then when you make a claim they make you upload photos and videos. Then they email you asking for photos and videos. I can’t be bothered with that so in the bin it all went. Avoid this rubbish and buy something decent. It’s basically TEMU of the forby gear! Rubbish.

I’m pretty annoyed. We are from the country 3 hour drive. Spent over $1000 at the store. We had issues with a battery. Dropped it off indicated we were from the country. We were told it would be sorted in 48 hours. Now 5 days later and we get an SMS cryptic to say the least. Called to find out what was going on. Waited on the 1800 number for 20 mins only to be told they couldn’t tell me anything. Privacy issue as it was in my husbands name. It’s a battery for goodness sake. It’s got nothing to do with personal information. I wanted to know if we need to pick up battery or not. I am not impressed. At all. Customer service !! None. Don’t send stupid cryptic messages. Then expect us to know what they mean.

Every time we go to Kings Adventure Store, Amara is there with a big smile on her face! She has such a bubbly personality and always makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk in. Her customer service is outstanding — she constantly checks in on everyone to make sure they’re doing okay and offers help without ever being pushy. Amara’s knowledge of the products is incredible, and she always takes the time to explain everything clearly. What really stands out is how she listens and genuinely incorporates your ideas into what she suggests. She doesn’t just tell you what to buy — she helps you create something that suits you. As a young girl wanting to deck out my car, I’ve been into other stores where I’ve felt dismissed or spoken down to, but when Amara came over to help, it was completely different. She made me feel comfortable, confident, and excited to share my ideas. Her positive attitude made me want to keep going with what I’m doing — and that kind of encouragement means a lot. Amara is a true gem and such a credit to Kings Adventure Store. She’s the reason I keep coming back — always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping people. 🚙✨
