I recently made a big purchase at this store, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The salesperson who helped me Rhiannon went above and beyond, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I got exactly what I needed for my 4x4. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Hands down the most helpful salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for quality gear and outstanding service!

Went in on a public holiday at 8am opening time on the dot and was warmly greeted by Rhi.. after being extremely helpful and picking out all the swags, bags and a bunch of other camping stuff i was after, and getting it all ready at the service desk, i changed my mind to different products and she had to put it all back and pick out all different stuff.. she was very chilled and professional and just had absolutely awesome service skills harbouring a big smile.. she got me spending quite a bit more than I had planned but im a very happy customer and will definitely will be coming back for a bunch of other she recommended.. Job well done and yes, Great service goes a long.. p.s thanks for helping me unbox and organize everything into their big bags for each person.

Excellent customer service from Charlie/charles. As a regular shopper at this store I still felt that he catered to my requests well. He knew the products well and made sure we got the best deals of the day. Highly recommend this store and the customer service is always amazing.

WFH and working remotely just got so much easier with my Kings 24AH power pack and 65W car charger. I can charge my laptop wherever I need and can be out in the sun when the weather is as gorgeous as it is today. Thanks to Jarod and the team for hooking me up with my working from camp set!

What can I say? .. the shopping experience was amazing! Top notch service and 'A' grade performance. Purchased everything that i needed and more, due to the knowledge and service of the staff. Special shout out to : Rhi , Dale & Charles ..they helped me alot with their knowledge bout the products and configuration. U guys are aces in my book!
