Manager tried to deceive me into taking a grand tourer tent that wouldn’t work with their awning and bracket system, after being told to return the first one because it would not be covered under warranty if the awning was installed . They have changed the tent from a bolt system to a rivet system. The awning hasn’t been tested on the new rivet tent. The manager showed me a picture of bolts on the replacement tent but when I checked it was riveted!! Where did she get the photo and then tell me it was from the tent about to be loaded on my vehicle!! They now have my money the tent and the brackets and I’m waiting for a resolution.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience I had at your Parkinson store earlier today. My family and I visited the store with screenshots of promotional pricing that we had taken from your website approximately 45 minutes prior to our arrival. We made sure to have these screenshots as a reference so that we could purchase the items with the correct pricing as advertised online. However, when we attempted to complete our purchase at the counter, the staff refused to honour the prices shown in our screenshots. We asked to speak with a manager, and a gentleman named Chris came to assist. Unfortunately, rather than listening to our concerns, Chris was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. He accused me of lying and made no effort to resolve the issue or even consider the evidence we presented then just walked off. His behaviour was so noticeably inappropriate that even my six-year-old daughter commented on how rude he was. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable—especially coming from someone in a managerial role. We had travelled specifically to purchase a light bar based on the deal we saw online, only to be treated disrespectfully and denied the advertised price. I believe this situation could have been handled with far more professionalism and courtesy. I am requesting that this matter be looked into and addressed appropriately. At the very least, customers deserve to be treated with respect, and any pricing discrepancies should be handled with a willingness to listen and find a fair solution this Chris guy needs to be terminated. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue.

we visited the store today for the very first time to get some goods. upon entering we were quite impressed with what we see, the floor staffs were very help full. we purchased a few items which were on special and came with cash back promotion so upon checking out we were not interested in leaving our email so we paid, collect our purchases and leave. as we walking out we just realised that we did not get the cash back promotion offer as advertised so we came back to service desk and ask for the cash back promotion. the counter staff ( asked her supervisor ) which gave us the answered that no we are not getting it because we did not sign up at the time of purchase and they can not honoured the promotion> cashier never mentioned about the promotion which required us to sign up. Cashier/ supervisor are not friendly and quite blunt at the time.we were very disappointed with their service and will never be back in that store again and more than likely not recommending any of our friends to go there due to very poor customer service

Visited this store today in the afternoon looking to purchase two battery jump starters. Upon walking in I was quickly greeted by the lovely Louise who was friendly and asked if she could be of assistance. I advised her what I was looking for she promptly went to obtain the goods and proceeded to advise me that because I purchased multiple items aka bundling they could offer them both at a cheaper rate. I was so happy with my savings that Louise also advised me to check their website daily for 24 hour deals. Louise had amazing customer service skills, friendly, attentive and informative I was so glad to be greeted and served by her. Rachel who rung up my sales at the register was wonderful too and helped me to sign up for membership and informed me that all receipts are automatically emailed so no need to keep old paper receipts, great for record keeping purposes. Great experience overall and wonderful customer service I will definitely return again and have wander around.
