I have had nothing but trouble with this store and their products . The customer service is non existent , my interaction with their manager when I had my last product issue was so bad . He was unhelpful dismissive and rude , their refund policy is non existent, rather it’s a non refund policy, their products are poorly made and it seems they have so many issues they now train their staff to avoid refunds at any cost . Also , if you happen to be lucky enough to have them agree to a refund , you won’t get it straight away but rather they want to transfer the money in a couple of weeks. Seriously , go somewhere else , anywhere else . It will be better than these people.

There’s no better place to visit for all your camping needs for quality and value for money, bought the bbq with a couple add-ons and works perfectly, super happy with my buy!

Staff were great. I went in about 6 weeks ago and their smoke alarm was chirping the whole time. I went back in yesterday and their smoke alarm was still chirping. I spoke with staff about it and was informed management didn't care about it at all. It was driving me mental for the 15 mins I was in there, I couldn't imagine having to do an 8 hr day.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KINGS !! By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any store. Sell you products that don’t work then won’t refund or properly test! staff members who have no idea what they’re talking about. Kick in the guts getting out on the track to use equipment that doesn’t work leaving you stranded! What a joke

Went in to collect our roof top tents we ordered on click and collect and was met by their friendly staff member Jayden that remembered us from previous visit and helped us out with extras that we didn’t know would benefit our camping experience. The warehouse staff were awesome too loading the two tents on. Thanks Team will be back!
