Recently opened in my area so just went in to check it out. Nicely laid out and well presented. I wasn't left just wandering around a team member did come and check in to see if they could assist me. I spent many years in retail and it important, I believe, to make sure the customer is acknowledged. So well done team. It's worth a visit if your thinking at some 4x4 upgrades or an add on.

There stuff seems to be ok but their pricing structure is insane and missleading. I spent time the night before working out exactly what I wanted only to find the next morn (literally a few hours later) that all the prices and deals had changed. The young guy that served me basically did an online order on his phone and whilst he tried to help me find the items I wanted, I couldn't get exactly what I initially wanted because every deal had changed so much overnight and some items had gone up signficantly or were now bundled with crap I didn't want. It was really disappointing, I have spent quite a lot with these guys over the years but items I have previously purchased were on special for more than one day and easy to buy at the store. It really was maddness trying to find the right bundle for best value. I had the Mrs and kids waiting in the car whilst I "quickly" ran in the grab exactly what I knew I wanted. You can imagine how that went down when the quick run in and out took a lot longer. One must have item that I wanted 4 of had gone up $10 over night so I essentially felt robbed. We were on our way to camping so I didn't have much choice but to buy them. Shotty, misleading business practices if you ask me. Previously, I used click and collect, this is essentially what the sales clerk did when I went in. My recommendation would be to do a click and collect yourself before going in. I'm not sure if you have to do it the same day, as again, the deals change over night. It looks like they run the good specials durring the week when you can't get it due to work etc and then switch to the more expensive, crap deals on the weekend. Sorry 4WD Supercentre, you took an excited customer and turned me from 10 to 0 very quickly 🫤. A horrible experience.

From the moment we entered the store, Natalie greeted us with enthusiasm, so much knowledge and care. She has amazing energy- and went through a massive check list of what we might need for our trip- when we asked if we had all that was needed. We couldnt be more happy with the service here at pimpama- Natalie is an absolute super star and a credit to 4wd super centre pimpama!!
