I’ve spent a lot of time getting my Prado ready for an around-Australia trip with my partner, and I ended up visiting 4WD Supacentre many times during the process. Almost all of our touring gear ended up being from Kings — largely because of James. He’s genuinely the most knowledgeable guy I’ve met in any 4WD store. There were issues even the modification shops couldn’t solve for me, and somehow James always managed to come up with a practical, reliable solution. He knows his products, understands real touring, and treats every customer with patience and honesty. Every time I walked in unsure about something, I walked out with the right gear and full confidence. You can tell he’s not just selling things — he actually understands what people need for real trips out on the road. From now on, if I’m buying anything from the store, I’ll definitely try to see him. Working with him has been nothing but a great experience. If the rating is out of 10, I’d give James a 12. He’s simply that good. Kings is very lucky to have someone like him, and customers like me keep coming back because of the quality of service he provides.

Sam helped me deck my navara out , excellent customer service , knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them….. just been back to see Sam. More goodies on sale. Best value ever

I bought a set of Kings Escape 50 Fridge/Freezer + AC To 12V Fridge Adaptor, and a seperate cover called escape 50 fridge/ freezer on the website. When I tried it at home, the cover was not fit for the model. I went back to Chullora and thought they gave me the wrong one. 1. I was the only person in the line, 2 staff was in the desk talking to each other, i wait for like 5 minutes and they still going on. I had to ask them if they want to serve me then the Asian staff was like " what can i help you". Well, plz serve the customer first if there is anyone waiting then you can chat with your colleagues. 2. She told me that I bought the wrong order and she can only offer the store credit not a refund. I show her that, there was nothing in their website state this cover, what I bought for, was just for the old model. They should have said in the website to not making customer confuse because they are the same wording " cover for escape 50 fridge/freezer . I then took the cover home coz she said I have to buy the new model which cost $70 . I could of get the bundle for a lot cheaper if I decided to buy it seperate at first. ***Updated. Jayden from 4WD did call me and sorry for what have happened. He also offer me a free correct cover for my new fridge. He also said that, he will inform the staff about what should have been done in the customer service. So I reckon we still have some good, knowledgeable staff who will be there and help us when we need it. Will buy more from 4WD in the future but I better double check for their stock to not let this happen again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service at 4WD Supercentre Greenacre! Since this new Greenacre store opened earlier this year, I’ve been so impressed with how friendly, helpful, and professional all the staff are. I used to go to a different store before, but after visiting this one, I won’t be going anywhere else! Recently, I had an issue with my Bat Box battery pack not working, so I dropped into the Greenacre store. I was greeted by “Handsome Pete,” the store manager — and what a great bloke! Pete was polite, talkative, and genuinely eager to help. Without hesitation, he got his number one technician, James, to take a look at it straight away. James, who I was told is one of the best across all the stores, pulled the unit apart and fixed it on the spot while I waited. The level of customer service was simply unbelievable — quick, professional, and done with a smile. I can’t recommend the Greenacre 4WD Supercentre enough! Big thanks to Pete, James, and the whole team for setting such a high standard of service. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer! Cheers 🍻Ross

James was exceptionally knowledgeable about batteries & helped me solve my caravan charging issues. And managed to sell me a lot of products to get me out of trouble for my upcoming trip to Tasmania. His customer service was fantastic & nothing was too much trouble. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
