We’ve been to 4WD several times, and every visit has been a great experience. The whole team is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely takes the time to look after their customers. Victor has helped us almost from the very beginning with fitting out our car. He really went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and the right products for our setup. He even measured our vehicle to make sure everything would fit properly and offered to help us install the equipment if we had any trouble. That level of customer service is hard to find. A special mention as well to the lovely lady at the checkout, who has always made us feel so welcome. She always lets us know about special weekend events and promotions, and every time we come in she greets us with a smile. We almost feel like part of the family! Thank you to the whole team for making every visit such a positive experience. We couldn’t recommend 4WD more highly.

The staff were so helpful and actively tried to get us the best deals. We didn’t know much about anything to set up a Ute for camping and the sales/floor staff were extremely helpful in helping us decide what we needed to suit our needs. 1000% recommended. If (when) we need more equipment we will absolutely come back here.

We bought a kings 8 person instant tent and it broke on second use. We went camping with our two year old and the middle disc plastic part snapped in half with very little wind. When we told we are here to make a claim, the girl on the counter said ohh it’s gonna take a long time to make a claim. It’s already 4 pm, better to come in week days. Then n another guy and she clocked off. The guy name was Nabeel and he was extremely rude. Firstly he said the company will reject the claim, then when we insisted that we won’t go away without making the claim, he said I am rejecting it. I have the authority to decide whether the company will process and it’s a lot of paperwork so I won’t make the claim.
