Had an amazing experience today! Shout out to Nick in particular who was super helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to the products that we were looking at purchasing. Ended up coming home with so many awesome deals and bundles that Nick had helped us put together and our new rooftop tent! Will definitely be returning for all our future 4WD and camping necessities. 😊

Wasn't overly impressed with the customer service we received last week. Every time we've been in to buy 12v stuff for our business in the oast few years, we've had wonderful service, even when it's busy, this is until recently. It seems the staff have changed a lot in the past few months and it's definitely put a dampener on the quality of service. I definitely wasn't happy being ignored by the young blonde girl and the man, who were in their own world being chatty and flirtatious at the end of the counter. Whilst one staff, who seemed quite new, was helping another customer in front. It was obvious the two ignoring me in the queue, weren't there to work. Pretty disappointing considering the great service we've received previously. Would like to see this change as we are happy with the products thus far, we've never had any issues with warranties or customer service before. I'd like to thank Danny for helping us with our questions and gave recommendations the day after when we returned.

Bought a lot of gear from here and normally I’m really happy but for the 2nd time I find myself having to yet again buy another adaptor for my cars headlights to connect the new kings 9” Lethal Pro’s to my 200 series. It’s doesn’t say it anywhere on the website either under the lights description or the wiring kit description. No one in store mentioned this so may I suggest more training, adding those adaptors to your stock so people can have a one stop shop instead of being more out of pocket by going to Repco for a Stedi adaptor. Also the member at the head office for customer service either needs more customer service training or to be let go. He is not helping your company. He couldn’t have cared less by the way he spoke and lack of care at my suggestion to have those details added to the website for future customers. Thank you for the reply Jayden. I agree there are a lot of options but I still think it prudent to add into your website the possibility that some customers may need another harness to install some of your lights. Other than that all good cheers.
