The staff were so helpful and actively tried to get us the best deals. We didn’t know much about anything to set up a Ute for camping and the sales/floor staff were extremely helpful in helping us decide what we needed to suit our needs. 1000% recommended. If (when) we need more equipment we will absolutely come back here.

Having a very bad experience in getting a refund on a faulty product. After receiving a message from Jayden that the refund will be processed as soon as possible I rang up the claims team again. And once again they did not receive the video evidence of the faulty product. Claims team now wants me to do a hour round trip to the Malaga store so I can hand my phone over to them to sort out the claim as they don't answer emails and phone calls from the claims team. Very frustrating and time consuming. Refund for a non working item isn't supposed to be this difficult.and don't even try getting hold of the store as all the calls get forwarded to HQ and direct communication with the store is impossible. Next time I would rather pay a extra and use a reputable store.
