I had an amazing experience at this store. The customer service was super lovely and friendly. Would like to thank Aaron for being so helpful, patient and welcoming, it can be quite daunting for a young female to come to a shop like this but he answered all my 101 questions and made my purchase as smooth as possible for me. And thank you to the team who helped me with picking up my order, very thankful!! Definitely coming back when I have more money :)

Customer service is amazing!!!!! Friendly, welcoming extremely helpful and very knowledgeable a one stop shop!!!! Had a list of what I needed showed a staff member, they said they would grab a trolley and get if for me, very fast service. Absolutely love shopping here quick and easy. At the check out the staff member said they can do me a discount on my product purchases too. Best place to shop

Had an amazing experience today! Shout out to Nick in particular who was super helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to the products that we were looking at purchasing. Ended up coming home with so many awesome deals and bundles that Nick had helped us put together and our new rooftop tent! Will definitely be returning for all our future 4WD and camping necessities. 😊

I decided to do a click and collect. The car park is not suitable for tollies. Car spaces are too close to one another. I Waa given a trolley with my order inside the store, with the words "I will leave it with you". It was not busy in the store, yet the store guy was not interested in walking another 10mtr to my car out the front so I could load the gear into the car without the trolley running away or possibly hitting another car.
