⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience at the 4WD Supercenter in Adelaide. I purchased everything I needed to set up my car for fully independent travel, including a drawer system, fridge, battery, rooftop tent, and solar panel. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and a special thanks goes to Jack, who assisted me throughout the process and helped me choose the right equipment for my needs. His advice and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking to set up their vehicle for road trips and off-road adventures. Guido

I received a 4.5x3 gazebo for Christmas from my sister in law, 3 days ago we decided to open it for the first time prior to going away only to realise that there were tears in the shade and one of the latches broken in the frame meaning we were unable to properly set up the frame. They advised my sister in law that there is no stock and we won’t receive a replacement until end of Feb we have two trips in the mean time we were going to use it for. When I looked online it has stock available in both Seaford and Kilburn. So why the wait until the end of Feb? They also have made her apply for two separate claims, one for the shade and one for the frame. Making it a very long process. Extremely disappointed with the overall service to be honest. I’ll be hesitant to buy camping gear in the future as they make it extremely difficult to get a replacement of faulty items.

Just an in and out shop, picking up a camp chair for my G.S.P dog for Christmas. Got a bargain deal with a coffee Thermos, which will be another Christmas present for someone else. Quick friendly service at the counter, thanks for coming 👍

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’m posting this on behalf of all brown skinned people. This is strictly about customer service, not the products. My husband has been a loyal Kings customer. But I’ve honestly never experienced staff this rude and racist anywhere else. And it’s not a one-off, every single time I’ve been to this store the staff have been incredibly rude. From the floor staff to the cashiers, everyone seems to have an attitude specifically toward brown customers. Management seriously needs to train their staff on how to treat people properly. I shop at Anaconda and BCF all the time and have never had an experience like this. Every time I walk into this store, I feel like I’ve done something wrong. The way they treat us is honestly degrading.

Went in Saturday afternoon to purchase a couple of items that the website said are in stock. Asked 3 staff members about the products. The response was if we have it, it would be over there or sorry we are out of stock. Whilst in-store, I did a click and collect order for the products and left the store. By the time I arrived home (25min) I received and email to say that my order was ready to collect. The only reason for giving 2 stars is that when I went back Sunday morning, the click and collect staff member was very friendly, helpful and organised.
