Went to Kings at Prospect, we had the pleasure of meeting Dylan. He was incredibly helpful and pleasant to speak to. Usually these guys are good but I was really disappointed to pay for an item online that said it was in stock available to be picked up the next day, only to receive a phone call telling me they sold it to someone else the next day instead of holding it for me. They also didn't provide an immediate refund. Instead they said it had to go through a claims process, which I'm still waiting on 5 days later. Pretty frustrating that they are happy to take your money, give your item to someone else and then withhold your refund for X amount of days. I'll shop at the Seaford store from now on.

I had a very disappointing experience at King. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I returned a product that was completely unused, unopened, and in perfect condition — easily good enough to be resold. Despite this, they refused to give a full refund and only offered store credit after deducting 10% from the original price. This return policy was never clearly explained at the time of purchase. It felt completely unfair and dishonest. I won’t be coming back and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Wow a big place with lots of gear, didn't have time to look around the store. Bit annoying having to walk around the corner outside to pick up a click and collect order and standing out in the open in the rain and sun while waiting for the 1 person to serve customers in front of me. Friendly and helpful staff
