We recently purchased a range of camping accessories from Kings 4WD Supacentre Toowoomba and had a fantastic experience. Rebecca was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to help us get the best deal possible and provided honest recommendations based on her own personal experience using the products. Her knowledge and friendly approach made it easy to choose the right gear for our needs, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Outstanding customer service and a great shopping experience. Dropped into the store recently to pick up some camping gear and had a great experience. Holie looked after us and was super friendly, energetic, and really helpful in finding exactly what we needed. She took the time to listen to what we were after and gave some solid advice without any pressure. Made the whole process easy and stress-free. Big thanks to Holie for the excellent service - really appreciate the help. Highly recommend the team there.

Sally and Kim served me today and was so good with excellent customer service made me want to buy more than what I came in to purchase only coming to purchase a sleeping bag. And with them two ladies helping me has made me want to come back to your store at Toowoomba because before Christmas I came into your store to buy some stuff for Christmas presents and I had a lady called Rebecca tattoos honour and her attitude and customer service. I wouldn’t let her sell dog food for me. She made me not want to come back to your store. So with the two ladies that helped me today, you can thank them for me coming back purchasing stuff and it’s just not myself that purchases from you. I’ve a wide family and we purchased stuff from Kings all over Australia.

Had another great experience at Toowoomba 4wd supacentre. Went in just to look and came out with a car load of bargains. Heaps of combo deals, and works out so much cheaper. Thanks to Kim who was getting us all sorted. We even had a good win on the raffle for the family fun day. Thanks for all the assistance. 👌

Shannon and Shakira were very efficient and pleasant. Within a minute of our arrival Shakira greeted us and got us the items we were after. Within 10 minutes we were done with no pushy sales or hassles. We would recommend this store every time for a great experience. Unfortunately for me it may have to go on my personal ban list as I always walk out with more than I came to get in the first place
