I went to kings 4WD SUPA CENTRE to pick up my kettle. I had a lovely young lady named Shakira asked me if I needed anything. I said I was picking up my order. However I did ask Shakira what did I need to set up my kings fridge/ freezer when I am travelling for work in my car and with delight Shakira let me know what I needed. I asked Shakira if she could show me and she explained everything that I needed to know. Shakira also let me know that the store was having a sale. I ended up buying everything I needed and more before walking out the store. I am so happy that I received such wonderful help from Shakira.

Upon our arrival, my wife and I were promptly greeted by staff members who offered assistance in locating specific items or extended a welcome to browse. Hollie provided exceptional assistance in our search for a swag, and also informed us of current promotional offers. Her professionalism and positive demeanor were highly commendable, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

A massive thank you to Nick who looked after us during a very challenging time. His product knowledge is outstanding, and he went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we need. After our first night in the new set up, I can say Nick definitely knows his stuff. We appreciate his patience and understanding, and couldn't recommend him highly enough. Will definitely be back!

We went up to buy things for our fun adventures we have. $971.74 later we walked out very happy people. Shakira & Cayler were exceptional at customer service, they helped us, Shakira knew what we needed and knew the products and lead us to each with wonderful reassuring confidence, & Cayler at the checkout had so much patience & told us when we had discounts on things & wanted to know about us, what we did for hobbies, so lovely. Kings 4WD supercentre, your staff are a credit to you. We would recomend your store in Toowoomba to anyone. Thankyou.
