I went to kings 4WD SUPA CENTRE to pick up my kettle. I had a lovely young lady named Shakira asked me if I needed anything. I said I was picking up my order. However I did ask Shakira what did I need to set up my kings fridge/ freezer when I am travelling for work in my car and with delight Shakira let me know what I needed. I asked Shakira if she could show me and she explained everything that I needed to know. Shakira also let me know that the store was having a sale. I ended up buying everything I needed and more before walking out the store. I am so happy that I received such wonderful help from Shakira.

Hollie is exceptional! Came in for a click and collect and to query battery packs as I had no idea. Hollie gave me so much information and even upsold me extra items to. Great customer service... I give 6 stars out of 5!! Thanks for all your help Hollie

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Was initially greeted by a very friendly staff member at the registers, who then took me to the appropriate area of service & asked Keeden to assist me. Keeden & other staff members presented as very hospitable, with good product knowledge & patience when their store technology didn’t run smoothly. Thanks to Keeden for offering to help get my purchase into the car; that was a huge help!

Huge shout out to Rebecca for helping husband and I out with advise and helping us setup our 2 caravans off grid ready for our big adventure from Toowoomba to Darwin with our kids.Rebecca walked husband through everything, gave the best advise and was super helpful, most amazing customer service right from moment we walked in the door. Husband has gone back several times now and always gets Rebecca to help as she knows his project and end goals. Top sales lady. Thanks for making this as easy as possible for us both.

Upon our arrival, my wife and I were promptly greeted by staff members who offered assistance in locating specific items or extended a welcome to browse. Hollie provided exceptional assistance in our search for a swag, and also informed us of current promotional offers. Her professionalism and positive demeanor were highly commendable, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
