A massive thank you to Nick who looked after us during a very challenging time. His product knowledge is outstanding, and he went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we need. Went in looking for a King’s HUD windscreen reflector on the off chance that they knew what I was looking for and or could tell me where to get one, or at worst, how I could re-glue it back on my windscreen (my old windscreen had been replaced about 3 years ago and I’ve been asking everywhere - without any luck at all). Cayler looked at me, smiled and said she knew what I wanted, AND, she had one. So ended a 3 year search at auto glass repairers, RACQ, HUD suppliers etc. Thank you Cayler, not so much for actually having the piece of plastic, but for recognising my anguish and frustration (hence the big lovely smile) and for being so considerate and understand. Cayler, your blood’s worth bottling 😊.

Spoke with a sales rep called Sally at the Toowoomba store looking. I was looking for a AGM battery for my boat. She was very knowledgeable and somehow talked me into extra work lights to make the price even cheaper. Always good service thank you.

First time visiting the store and everyone was so very friendly and helpful. A few questions I had were answered and discussions with the sales person assisted with buying what I needed at a very good price.
