I went to kings 4WD SUPA CENTRE to pick up my kettle. I had a lovely young lady named Shakira asked me if I needed anything. I said I was picking up my order. However I did ask Shakira what did I need to set up my kings fridge/ freezer when I am travelling for work in my car and with delight Shakira let me know what I needed. I asked Shakira if she could show me and she explained everything that I needed to know. Shakira also let me know that the store was having a sale. I ended up buying everything I needed and more before walking out the store. I am so happy that I received such wonderful help from Shakira.

Upon our arrival, my wife and I were promptly greeted by staff members who offered assistance in locating specific items or extended a welcome to browse. Hollie provided exceptional assistance in our search for a swag, and also informed us of current promotional offers. Her professionalism and positive demeanor were highly commendable, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Huge shoutout to Hollie at 4x4 Supercenter! She absolutely hooked me up with a great deal, grabbed me a trolley straight away, and loaded the X4 bags I was after into it without me even having to ask. What really stood out though was her attitude, super helpful, genuinely happy to be at work, and once I said I was all good she wasn’t pushy at all. She offered help if I needed anything else and then let me browse in peace. It’s been a long time since I’ve had customer service that good. Hollie is a credit to the team

Sally was very helpful and made sure that the drawers I wanted were ready for me at the front counter. The presence of floor staff that I gather work on a commission or bonus system due to the amount of times I was asked what I was after, far outweighed the 2 sales cashiers that were struggling with the building queue. Being from out of town, it would be great if your deals didn’t change daily, it makes it hard to justify a 5hr plus trip the next day when the sale items change daily.

Visited the store yesterday was served my a lovely girl named Sally. I was interested in purchasing two escape 30 fridges. She was so pleasant to talk too. Sally gave us a really good deal.
