Always good service . Always good deals . Wanted a replacement staycool lid for my 12 vt fridge. Could order but due to no stock in warehouses and the age of fridge . No guarantee could be ensured as to a reasonable delivery. So didnt place order.

First time visiting the store and everyone was so very friendly and helpful. A few questions I had were answered and discussions with the sales person assisted with buying what I needed at a very good price.

Terrible customer service ! I placed an online to pick up then got stuck in a storm arrived 10 mins late and there were 8 staff members inside the store they opened the door and I was told my items could not be given to me and to come back tomorrow even though they had been paid for and were sitting at the front counter. This is very poor service given it’s a 4 hour drive for us. We will never order from this company again and I will never recommend to anyone.

I could Not recommend more highly to buy nothing from this store. I bought 13 items. I spent just under 5000. 6 of the 13 items are faulty. I tried retuning 2 with there in store specialist agreeing they were faulty There manager has nothing but disrespect and won't exchange. I am in the middle of disputing this with my bank and taking the matter through Office of Fair trading Your liars. You took my money. You sold faulty items and u refuse to do anything about it. Amazing how you act all nice in a response on here but still won't return my money Now my 300amp battery has blown up. Only a few weeks old. Try to put in for warranty claim. Several emails sent- surprise - No Answer!!!

Had a satisfying afternoon at the 4WD Supacentre Toowoomba. All team members are helpful. The wait at check out was not long. The store is organised and spacious. Will be back to this welcoming conveniently located store.
