Great customer service. There was a stock issue with a click and Collect I put it online and the team, both at the customer service centre and in peraon, were very helpful in sorting it. I have come here a couple of times and each was a positive experience.

First time visiting the store and everyone was so very friendly and helpful. A few questions I had were answered and discussions with the sales person assisted with buying what I needed at a very good price.

It's ok. A lady who seemed like the manager just took over from one of the workers who was politely trying to help us. She complained how she has to do things herself and doesn't bother getting her other staff to do things. That felt quite pathetic really. The other worker disappeared out the back somewhere. She sorted out what we wanted, which was fine. The workers should be respected and given more patience for learning/ training
