We can’t thank Mitch enough for his outstanding help and expert advice. My partner and I originally went in just looking for an awning, but thanks to Mitch we left with everything we needed in one go. He was incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk us through all our options and help us find the best value for our budget. While on our road trip for over a month we met other campers who advised us that the green mat was too heavy and not a good product. Hence, we chose not to open the box so as to return it to 4wd supercentre when we return from our road trip. Well, we arrived in sydney our new home on friday 24 oct- visited kings in lisarow on wed 29th to return for an exchange to purchase chairs, only to be told by staff that there is a is 30 days return policy. we didn't win the argument. We are disappointed with 4WD supercentre's service and will not purchase from them

Great experience in store with Daniel, helped me find what I was looking for and was great with answering questions about warranty on my fridge. Very professional.
