The amount of genuine specials in this store is bonkers. I’ve already been in several times and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Had Daryl (the tall) the first time, had me sorted in no time. Came in today and had a different Daryl (The Viking) and again, really helpful and friendly. I’m not sure how many more Daryl’s they have in there but so far their plan on hiring many Daryl’s is paying off. See you guys again soon!

From my dad: Hello Thank you all for the superb service yesterday in getting my fridge into my car. The man on front desk for unscrewing my shelf as I had no suitable tools with me. And then to Toby out the back for working out the rest of the puzzle. All done cheerfully and efficiently. Just like old fashioned service !!! You may post this if you wish, but I simply wanted to give my personal thanks. Great work guys. Thanks for helping my dad 👍

I just want to take the time to acknowledge the service I received from Liam at the seaford store this morning. As someone who worked years in retail, too often people focus on the negative and never praise a good thing. Easily some of the best customer service I have experienced which is a rarity these day. Will absolutely be back regularly. Thanks alot!

Hey all, I'm not normally one to post Bad things about a company but after the service we have received from 4WD Supacentre in the past week is absolutely disgusting and we will not be going back. Staff are untrained to ask the right questions to make sure you get the correct product, if the product is not fit for use as in it cannot be used for what it was purchased for, they will tell you it’s change of mind but it’s not. When challenged on the fact it is not change of mind, managers refuse to come to the phone as i was not Tim. When Tim returned the item, he was never offered a refund and only given a store credit (that is only valid for 12 months) and even then, was not given the full refund and charged a restock fee for an item they keep in store, saying that the person that did the credit did not tell Tim that he was charging a restock fee until he questioned the next lady he dealt with to make the next purchase. This company uses underhanded tactics to take your money, i will be fighting for my full refund and then boy coting this company and i recommend anyone that values true customer service to do the same as they have no respect for good customer service.

Do NOT bother wasting your time or money here.... why have sales and promotional offers if tou dont have and can't get stock.? Customer service is non existant and dont even bother with the call centre which will have you waiting half a century to speak wirh someone, i gave up trying... i am still awainting a refund on my cancelled order which was unable to be delivered to the store for collection within a reqsonable time frame! I have since been able to order a similar product online and have it already delivered within a couple business days.. i am still awainting for my refund for my canceled order.?? Unimpressed would be an understatment.
