Jorja was amazing looked after us so well I actually made a comment before we purchased our items that she is brilliant. She didn’t try and sell me things I don’t need and wasn’t pushy which I would have walked out without a purchase as I do not like that type of selling. Jorja helped us with every inquiry and we walked out with a full set up, to be told this is her second week blew us away. You have an amazing asset to your store right there, keep doing what your doing Jorja your a natural. Thanks for helping us today we appreciate your help and honesty.

Last week I had two click and collects from the warehouse and the young man working there was fantastic. Great customer service , polite , helpful. He deserves recognition. Today I had help from the same young man and Josh. Both lovely young men and a credit to your store. I’m very happy with the products I bought. ( wish I had bought this week and got the vouchers. But still happy with what I bought. Many thanks. Val. The lady with the convertible ( who you said needs a van ) 😂💕😂

Well fitted out shop for all things 4WD. I have bought a few things from here and have been happy with them. The 6m x 3m gazebo has had lots of use and is still great to use.

Came here yesterday and received amazing service from Srikanth. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and honest which we really appreciated. We later found out it was only his third day and we never would have known! Thank you Srikanth :)

World's worst customer service. I returned a product in "return to shelf" condition . Was too big to fit. Totally unused only the box opened. Was informed that no refund was possible, credit only. And by the way $50 restocking fee. The T&C are on the receipt....which you get after you've paid. And in small print with no verbal advice. Is this misleading and deceptive?
