Great store for beginners getting into solar and prepping for off grid the batblock25, 120ah lifepo4 battery,a solar panel your ready for basic off grid add power inverter you have mains power to power up to 1200watts of power to stay safe side n not blow a fuse it is 1500 watt unit im gonna add second battery to double my amp hours (ah)to 240ah giving me 240amp output output to put 2000w inverter in i am only new to this but its addictive just got there generator gotten power pack 24 ah its awesome sign up to there daily emails everyday day is a different sale so wait for the right price before you buy usually within 2 weeks your item will be in a package discount or even half the price they do it with everything you will email everyday with monster sale clearance sale etc massive discounts everyday.its cheap n nothings broken or failed yet

Extremely disappointing customer service and refund policies. We came in for a refund for a table as when we built it to try, it was uneven, the frames did not line up making it difficult to build. When bought into the store, two staff members were struggling to build it, yet the grey haired man had the audacity to say there’s nothing wrong with it, said he just built it by himself in a minute and that we needed to put the clips in first to lock the frame. 1) He was not doing it himself. He had someone helping him. 2) It took longer than a minute. 3) I told him we did lock in the frame and pointed out he did that last, making him not really trust worthy of telling us of. I asked about change of mind instead, as I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the product, but was told the product must be unopened and in original packaging. How would I know this is a bad product if I can’t open it. Flaw in their policy, demonstrating stinginess, especially if item was bought online, which this was. Afterwards, we had a look around the store and were interested in purchasing a fridge shelf. But there was no staff members about. They were all standing behind the counter, not doing anything, chatting amongst themselves. We even made eye contact a few times but no one bothered to come. We went closer to them, almost at the door, then suddenly customers come in and the new customers were greeted and helped, so we decided to leave instead. Horrible customer service, staff and refund policies.

Jake C is my Camping Spirit Animal. Not only did he save me from being ripped off for a portable battery and fridge from another business, but he maximised the most out my $1000-ish budget! He's an excellent, honest and genuine salesmen with extensive camping experience and mechanical knowledge. Believe me, he knows - exactly - what he's talking about. He triple checked the entire sale, and his suggestions to me with his manager Mark - so I felt I was in safe hands and being guided with integrity. I am so glad I came here for a second opinion. I walked away with a trolley worth of car camping goodies - I'm so excited for my future adventures! Probably one of the best retail customer service experiences I've had in a really, really long time. See you guys soon to pick up my battery!

I bought a Kings 3x3 gazebo bundle yesterday via Click & Collect. Less than 24 hours later, a new promotion was released offering a larger 4.5m x 3m gazebo bundle for the exact same price. I understand that the gazebo has been opened and therefore cannot be returned. That was not what I asked. I was not asking for a refund. I asked whether an exchange given the timing, but was immediately told nothing could be done. The lady on the phone doesn't seem to care at all. No store credit adjustment , no goodwill gesture. Just zero price protection and poor post-purchase customer care, no price protection policy, and very customer-unfriendly promotion timing. Most reputable retailers offer some form of price protection for 7–14 days, especially when the change occurs within 24 hours. Felt being punished for buying early, and basically them saying “we got your money, now tough luck”. Definitely loss of trust. Sharing this so other customers are aware there is no post-purchase price or promotion protection, even within 24 hours.
