I have bought from there twice now. My latest visit I was served by Francis. He was new so had to refer to his colleagues for a few specifics, which is to be expected, but he was extremely personable, talked me through my options, and made recommendations that cost me a little more, but were entirely more suitable. He is the perfect example of hiring for attitude and work ethic over specific knowledge. He's a great salesman and a genuinely nice guy to deal with. I left having spent more than I planned and feeling good about it. Will definitely be back to the Campbeltown store.

Had a battery that had expanded so wasn’t keen on using it. Took it into the lady’s at Campbelltown and said look I don’t have my receipt but can you search for it. Yes we can. 5 minutes later I had a replacement battery and sent on my way. Great customer service even when the customer is a gimp like me.

Im a Regular visitor to this business and my Ranger is decked out with their equipment. Never had any issues, and staff were always polite and Professional. Only had one occasion to attend for warranty related issue which was soughted out in minutes.
