Go there on Melbourne cup web site states open travelled 80ks there for them to be shut please update the public holiday dates so you don't waste peoples time

Picked up my rooftop tent with click & collect. Really great service and such nice persons! Even let me set up my tent directly at the parking spaces.

We bought camping equipment including a rooftop tent which quickly got damaged. The friction of the straps on the cover made a hole in the cover and the straps ended up broken. The rain ended up damaging the mattresses (the cover was changed but we are still waiting for the straps, not to mention the mattress) and we have been trying to get the warranty to work for 6 months; in vain because no one in the store wants to answer our request seriously and the telephone exchanges are complicated. Very disappointed with the after-sales service which is catastrophic. Product quality needs to be reviewed.
