I had a fantastic experience at the Mildura store. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered assistance. I don’t usually enjoy shopping, but Jarrod made the process quick and seamless. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and ensured everything went smoothly. On top of that, I was paying with a Christmas voucher that had a missing number, and Jarrod, along with another team member, resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Their excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

We bought camping equipment including a rooftop tent which quickly got damaged. The friction of the straps on the cover made a hole in the cover and the straps ended up broken. The rain ended up damaging the mattresses (the cover was changed but we are still waiting for the straps, not to mention the mattress) and we have been trying to get the warranty to work for 6 months; in vain because no one in the store wants to answer our request seriously and the telephone exchanges are complicated. Very disappointed with the after-sales service which is catastrophic. Product quality needs to be reviewed.
