Solar panels and batteries are of decent quality and prices can be comfortable on promotional days. The person who helped select the items i was after was very knowledgeable and helpful, in comparison to some other 4WD Superstores. It's important that the sales team know what they're selling and how to safely install. Thanks for the sound advice from the Port Macquarie outlet. Highly recommend this business 👌 👏

Was surprised by the size of the store and all items on display.. pick up a great special or click and collect not a problem. Staff were very helpful and helped me take my purchases out to the car. Had no issues finding every item they have on the website and good to see some of the larger item on display and being able to see actual size and things like zippers etc make it a bit easier to make a decision on your purchase rather than just seeing a video or pictures on the website.

Went to buy DCDC, none in stock, asked for shelf model, NOPE. Told to comeback in an hour and they would have it off the delivery truck. Came back over an hour later, sorry hasn’t unloaded it yet. I said we have travelled over an hour to get here then waited an hour but all I got was bad luck. The same older guy did a refund before me, his people skills are very lacking.
