Nice modern store, set up like a maze. Staff are fresh, not easy to find for help, very vague & flat when you enquire. Shocking car park set up. Could learn a lot on many counts from Coffs store & team. Nothing negative just nothing overly positive other than the products & pricing.

customer service is trash.. staff who aren’t trained on the products, I just bought the new solar panels on info that the new model has not changed in size, which unfortunately for me they have. Rang up to see if I can get the old panels shipped to my local store and was told no, if I wanted that panel I’d have to drive 8 hrs each way to get them. Awesome thanks.

These guys fitted me out with everything I needed to go camping off grid. And the service and knowledge was awesome! I ended up going there for everything after trying to get things from multiple other places, while trying to mix and match it all. Great quality too!

Matt at the port Macquarie shop was a champion nothing was a problem extremely knowledgeable and helpful it was like old fashion customer service which is rare these days thanks kings thanks Matt regards Glen Johnstone

Was there yesterday bought a battery from was told if it does not fit bring it back so took it back today to find out there is a 10% return find was not told that yesterday staff at Port Macquarie store are so rude will never be back again what a jock will not recommend 4wd supper centre to any buy from other places were you will be look after $675 out of pocket now
