Great & awesome experience with click & collect Heatherbrae - very efficient serving with Josh collecting my order & after a brief chat about a shower he sorted a gas heater, pump & tripod set up like a Ninja pronto too! Highly recommend & big shout out to Josh 🥷

Kaitlyn was absolutely first class in terms of knowledge and attitude. So bloody helpful and patient with this novice. She kinda knew exactly what I needed before I did. After I had paid cash and worked out the staff member had charged me for a different more expensive item. I asked if I could get the difference refund back. After about 10 minutes when I said I wanted the difference back in cash I was told that's not something they can do and he could only offer me a store credit. I said that wasn't what I wanted and they went away and came back offering again the store credit which I did not want l, then said the only way apart from store credit was raising a claim in the system which would take 3-5 days to get my money back. I said fine to this, they then raised a claim did not ask how I wanted to receive the money back and when asked they just said what ever the payment method of the last online order was I made which was not even related to this transaction. Don't even bother with this store it takes a good 20 minutes to even get served as the staff are too busy flirting and joking around with each other

*** BEAWARE MISLEADING INFORMATION OF KINGS PRODUCT *** I purchased the “KINGS 3×3m Gazebo Tent (AKTA-GAZ)” expecting standard 3×3m compatibility, but it only fits KINGS’ own frames. The dimensions are slightly off, so it won’t install on any other brand. • Not compatible with third-party frames at all • Product description misleading regarding size compatibility • Slow, unhelpful customer service that misguides buyers Make sure you really need a KINGS-exclusive tent before ordering.

Look I like your shop but your logistical service is appalling. I came to return an item that I just bought and buy another item. instead, I had to wait for the manager to process the claim and get store credit and then buy the other item. no process took 45 minutes while all the other employees were too busy to catch up with each other and have a conversation about irrelevant stuff with customers while at the checkout. maybe it’s my mistake for assuming it would be a quick 10 minutes in and out like other stores.
