Decided didn't need item on a click and collect order, returned it immediately at the store and they won't refund only store credit with a 10% fee Reply: ok, but, at the counter I was told if I had've said I didn't need it before taking delivery I would've been able to get refund. But when I arrived I was immediately directed at the counter to the warehouse door and came back within a minute to the counter with the items. Also, other retailers I'm able to take parts all the way home and then return them for refund if it turned out didn't need them so I expected a similar level of service from this store.
