Went into store Sunday 24 may to look at purchasing a fridge slide. Young sales guy Dan as normal super friendly & helpful on the floor. Great personality. He got my slide and my wife & i headed to the checkout where we were Very unfortunate to be served by Jacob s. (Name on reciept.)Well he needs to go and ask Dan how to serve customers. Stood in front of him while he was doing something on the computer which is way more important than at least looking up and and saying hello. I was about to walk out when he decided to inconvenience himself by having serve us. What a rude, unhelpful emloyee which made us feel that we were worth nothing as a customer. Obviously needs a lot of training on customer interaction. Very poor.

Corey Hanson was a huge help today at the store. He helped us get the best deal and made sure we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Very knowledgeable about the store and very polite and professional. It was a pleasure to shop at the store thanks to Corey and his help.

Best customer service from the counter team for my online order and pickup. He showed me some decent upgrades and some 2 for 1 deals. Store is a decent size so well worth the visit.
