Great new store, plenty to demonstrate yourself and see sizing. Staff on the other hand, went in on a Monday, partner and I walked the whole store, spent lots of time discussing items, stopped for more then just quick browsing of products, even went back to place of interest to discuss more, not one staff member asked if we needed help, advice..... shame as customer service is a big part of return customers. Might try again but maybe when your a bit more established and not brand new.

Went here last Sunday and got everything I needed. One of the staff helped us out—he was easy to talk to and really helpful. He suggested bundling some items, which actually made it cheaper, and we didn’t even realize at first. He also gave us a sticker and a patch, which was a nice touch. Overall, a good experience. Would definitely come back.

Sold me a chair with only one arm cover Couldn't just give me a piece The most rude smart arse young fellow ever delt with Will never set foot in this store again Service is s super slow Min checkout staff Wait for ever at at click and collect While staff are standing there asking people if need help, but won't serve click and collect Ignore the people in click and collect even though they only 1nm away from me
