I recently visited 4WD Supacentre and had an outstanding experience thanks to Brandon. I was looking to set up a portable fridge system for an upcoming road trip, and he took the time to ensure I had everything I needed for a complete and reliable setup. Brandon provided a thorough explanation of the different units and accessories, clearly outlining the benefits and how everything worked together. His product knowledge was excellent, and he made the whole process easy to understand without any sales pressure. What really stood out was the competitive pricing he was able to offer while still ensuring I left with all the essentials required for a proper fridge setup. Thanks to his advice and attention to detail, my road trip today has been far more enjoyable and stress-free. Excellent customer service, great value, and genuine expertise. This store tell lies, have pushy sales tactics like this deal ends tonight when in fact it does not. We were told return the goods unopened and unused if not appropriate and get your money back. Absolute lie. Policy is a store voucher only. Then Manager Taylor is rude aggressive loud and talks over you. It’s easy to see why there’s hardly any customers in the store. Contacted claims or resolution centre. Again insinuate goods were opened and used. No budge with money back. We purchased 2 torches that we were in store for. Pushy on sales tactics has now seen store benefit with an extra 49.90 from goods were cannot use, and cannot get our money back on. Never trust this Store. Abhorrent Sales tactics. Ps Fine print on back of register apparently says no refunds will be given. DEFINITELY don’t purchase anything and even if faulty would lie to you. 0 rating for customer care. Michelle Lea

Best Customer Service from Vikki E at the Bendigo store, cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. A combined total of about 5hrs over 2 days spent assisting my husband and myself to set up our 4wd completely where we can just fill it with food and drinks and go. Her product knowledge and customer service were second to none, nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, at the best possible price. What you can't see in the photo behind is the back seats laid down and the entire back full of boxes!! Will definitely be visiting you guys again if we need anything in the future! 😃

Excellent experience. The staff were super helpful and the products are always fantastic. Shout out to Vicki who didn’t give up and stayed on the phone for 30 minutes to help us with an issue. Fantastic customer service
