Had the pleasure of dealing with Joe B at the Fyshwick store. Great bloke who gives genuine advice and know the products well. We were looking to buy a rooftop tent and Joe took the time to discuss the pros and cons and what would be the best fit for our vehicle. Highly recommend.

Purchased two usb charging lights on Saturday one failed to turn on. I took it back to the store on Monday with the receipt. The staff member refused a refund without sending it away for product testing? They would email me a $9 gift certificate. This was despite wanting to upgrade to a higher model LED. Ending up walking out with a replacement...only after insisting with the absolutely grumpy counter staff member. All over a $9 item (terrible customer service) PS if management read this Australian Consumer Law is on your website. It is illegal to rewrite your own policy underneath your quoted text... Australian Consumer Law is there to protect customers from poor quality products.

Jo, is absolutely amazing helped me get everything I need to start my set up. Will definitely be back. And will recommend others who attend to speak to him, as he is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the cars they go on
