The store was impeccably presented, and the staff exhibited a cheerful demeanor, demonstrating a commendable willingness to assist customers. Choose “click and collect” get an email saying its ready to collect and then go to the store warehouse to collect the order, told to go wait in the normal line for 30 minutes. just to sight ID. just do it at the pickup location, like every other modern company. even the staff know its stupid. fix it, its letting your brand down. just wasting your customers time for no reason. management is upstairs of the building maybe walk downstairs occasionally and see how understaffed your workers are.

Have always had a good experience here. Last visit was a little different, we didn't have anyone approach us for sometime, We had to go looking for a sales floor person, the staff staff member that helped us was a cheerful guy and this is what we like about shopping at this store. Helpful and friendly staff.
