Bought the new 9” lights from kings lights would sag and covers always fell off, lights also began to fog. The bloke at Malaga was super nice and did try to help me but the stupid claims team are hopeless and can’t refund or store credit. They need better warranty and refunds as everyman and there dog knows kings gear is unreliable Absolute joke of a company 👍.

Went for a good list of things in Thursday night just before good Friday. When I walked in the door I was welcomed by a very friendly Caitlin. She spent about 40 minutes with me just going through what will and won't work together and outlining features of specific products. She managed to get me a great deal on them all and at no point did she seem like she saw rushing me towards a sale. Very happy with the products I got and the fantastic service I received

Don’t buy fridges from here there poor quality. Bought a 12v fridge on Saturday took it home started working fine few hours later stopped working. Wouldn’t turn on until I started tapping on the side of it. Did this 3 times. Took it back on Monday and they wouldn’t change it had to leave it there to test.had to do a hour and a half round trip.

Amazing customer service. Super friendly and go the extra mile. What a difference it makes. The lovely lady at the counter gave my little girl a balloon 🎈, another lady walked past and spoke to her sweetly and smiled, another staff member brought the batteries I needed from the back of the store, and on top of that they took them out and loaded them into my car. Fantastic team all round. Thanks again 🥰

My partner and I love shopping here. The entire team was incredibly helpful, especially Nick, the tall gentleman who was very knowledgeable about the products and provided excellent assistance. The checkout team even offered to deliver our items to the car, which was a nice touch. We've ended up shopping here three times in just two weeks! Thanks to 4WD Kings' products, we’re enjoying camping even more 😀
