I had an amazing experience at this store. The customer service was super lovely and friendly. Would like to thank Aaron for being so helpful, patient and welcoming, it can be quite daunting for a young female to come to a shop like this but he answered all my 101 questions and made my purchase as smooth as possible for me. And thank you to the team who helped me with picking up my order, very thankful!! Definitely coming back when I have more money :)

Having a very bad experience in getting a refund on a faulty product. After receiving a message from Jayden that the refund will be processed as soon as possible I rang up the claims team again. And once again they did not receive the video evidence of the faulty product. Claims team now wants me to do a hour round trip to the Malaga store so I can hand my phone over to them to sort out the claim as they don't answer emails and phone calls from the claims team. Very frustrating and time consuming. Refund for a non working item isn't supposed to be this difficult.and don't even try getting hold of the store as all the calls get forwarded to HQ and direct communication with the store is impossible. Next time I would rather pay a extra and use a reputable store.

Came in store to order. Ordered compressor with a few spare goodies which wasn't instock at the time. I told the guy ill pay for it all now and come pickup when its in... now this is where the issues started. The guy stupidly marked it as picked up which after a review from the CCTV team it proved I didn't and they warranted a claim. I thought to myself sweet now that dramas over I can get my products. Nope.... still waiting for a email still waiting for my products and still have no compressor. It's been over a month! I've emailed asking for a refund to which I've had no reply. I've paid for a product and I haven't gotten a single thing. Just called the claims center and it's been waiting for pickup, they never called emailed or texted me that. I just rung them and got a full refund its simply not worth the hassle im not giving a business my money after this mess.
