I want to be clear that this review is not a reflection on the staff, but purely on the product and process. I purchased a Kings awning and it ripped after just 3 days of use, which is completely unacceptable. I then waited over a month for a replacement, with no resolution. Due to the long delay, I requested a refund instead, only to be told that no manager was available to approve it because they are dealing with a high volume of claims. That alone speaks volumes about the quality issues they’re currently experiencing. Staff have been polite, but the product quality is poor and the after-sales support is extremely slow. My advice: spend the extra money and buy a better brand. Kings are quick to take your money, but the quality doesn’t match the hype

Came in today just for a browse ended up buying a couple things and thought it was worth shouting out one of your staff.. believe his name was Boy. Absolute legend, helped me inside the store, at the front desk and then out of nowhere popped up in the warehouse delivering my purchases into the car. Bloke single handed was running opps for you lot haha. Brilliant customer service as always and good solar panels and draws, cheers

My partner and I had Nick as our sales consultant from malaga and honestly just want to say he was amazing! Super helpful and had so much knowledge to share with us, such a lovely guy as well helped us with everything we needed. Give the man a raise🤌
