Brought a generator bloody thing keeps cuting out on me take it back it runs fine . I am thinking about throwing it through there window well just went out this morning to run generator it run for 5 minutes cut out wont start now its 2 weeks old. Now cant recharge battries in bus.

Came to pick up a click and collect order here. It's easy to find, customer pick-up is VERY clearly marked and easy to find and the service was exemplary. I had a fairly extensive order of several items and the fellow serving me was very fast and efficient. Highly recommend this store. Reviewed 30/06/25.

Waited in a line of 10 other people on a Saturday afternoon- holding some heavy kit- waiting in line - and waiting- the young lady that served me eventually was so professional and efficient but her boss “J?” was preoccupied with staring at a PC screen just 3 metres away, whilst everyone waited and waited. Some basic customer service training wouldn’t go astray. Some of the team are awesome, it’s just the managers who need to learn from them.

First and last time buying. The young girl a the despatch was contuously rude to the point where it seemed like she was pushing for conflict. Weird because she was fine to the customer before me. I did nothing to trigger her instant mood change, but I did get a racist vibe off her. Its terrible hiring people like this to serve paying customers. Bad for business. Ive never shopped at BCF either but will give them a try next time I need anything. They will definitely do better than that. Poor, poor service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Excellent Customer Service I had to return a product recently, and the team at 4WD Supacentre handled it quickly, politely, and professionally. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I really appreciate how respectful and helpful the staff were throughout. Great service like this makes all the difference definitely 5 stars from me!
