Every time I go to this store, you’re always greeted with a smile and “can I help you with anything” within 5-10mins of walking through the front doors. Staff are always willing to help, answer any questions, explain something if you don’t understand it and are always happy for you to just walk around have a look. Well done to everyone and keep up the fantastic work.

The best customer service!!! Nick took the time to explain every product to me in detail to me and made sure I was looked after. He helped me find the best priced items for what I needed and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond by helping me move my car, putting the seats down and putting the items into my car. Thank you so much Nick, you were the best!!!

Always super helpful and knowledgeable staff that are happy to assist. The product range continues to grow every time you visit. The quality just continues to improve and the costs remain extremely affordable. I would recommend that everyone checks out the Kings range before buying other brands with inflated profit margins.

The customer experience here was absolutely amazing service by 2 amazing team member. They went beyond and above to help us choose what we needed for our camping experience and explained in full detail on how to use the items. We will be back to see WIll R And Nina. Had a pleasant time browsing through many of their cool products. I had to buy jump starters for my 2 cars. Similar product costs over $200 at SCA, bought them for $75 (Special) at this store. My neighbour swears by it. Great vibe & customer service too.
