Well they asked me for a review and I'm sure they're going to be sorry. I entered the store and stood at the counter waiting for the two staff that were on their phones drinking coffee and talking to acknowledge my presence there when it wasn't acknowledged I then had to walk up to them. As a girl went off to get my clicking collect another young staff member started talking to me about putting a review in and blowing his trumpet because other customers apparently bring him snacks because he's such a great salesman. When the young woman comes back with my gazebo that's in a box taller than me she's speaking to another young man who is over six foot tall very athletic about where's my invoice when he's talking about having trouble printing it out and everything they looked at me this young athletic 6 foot tall strapping man said oh you'll be right to your car with this won't ya! Ummmm no you have got six staff standing around in your store with two customers in there I'm a 61 year old woman who was shorter than the box that was on the trolley and you don't have the time to help me bring it to my car! So when I said something to him about being a little old lady and the help would be appreciated he reluctantly brought it to the car this is not customer service and this is why people choose home delivery overcoming into your store never again ever unless I really have to return what I just brought I will never enter your store again! Side note: upon getting home I had to get my own furniture trolley to move this box because it was a three by four point five meter gazebo that weighs A ton how on earth did anyone of these six staff members standing around bantering with each other think that I was ever going to be able to lift that into my car!
