Please don't make the same mistake we did and buy a Kings Rooftop tent. We bought it in Melbourne with a one-year warranty. We travelled around Australia once (30,000 km) in 7 months with it. After several gusts of wind on the motorways from road trains, our front Velcro fastener no longer held and the tarpaulin was damaged. When we wanted to exchange it, we were told that we should only have stayed in Victoria with the roof tent because of the weather conditions, so the roof tents are not suitable for NSW, Queensland, NT or WA! Not good quality! Not good service!

Great customer experience 👍 I went to collect an order today, upon approaching the counter a young lady (I'm terribly sorry I didn't catch your name, because you deserve a shout out) enthusiastically greeted and asked how she could help. She proceeded to go and collect my order, lugging 3 boxes by hand and apologising profusely for the condition of one of the boxes (she looked for the best one she could find). She then headed out to collect the trolley and save me a trip. None of this was expected but I want to say your passion and energy has secured a return customer. Thank you.

The store is huge with plenty of stock. I had a click and collect item, perhaps at this time of year a dedicated area could be set up for this as I'm sure the volume would increase. That could save waiting in line behind queries and warranty assessments. The item is a gift so can't comment on that as yet.
