Best Customer Service from Vikki E at the Bendigo store, cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. A combined total of about 5hrs over 2 days spent assisting my husband and myself to set up our 4wd completely where we can just fill it with food and drinks and go. Her product knowledge and customer service were second to none, nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, at the best possible price. What you can't see in the photo behind is the back seats laid down and the entire back full of boxes!! Will definitely be visiting you guys again if we need anything in the future! 😃

“Alex” was AMAZING!! I needed gift ideas and she showed me so many options, really took the time to help me and walked around providing suggestions and bonus deals/discounts. First time shopping in store and I was impressed with the layout and ease of shopping. Specials were great too. Thanks Alex for your help!!!!!

We bought the Kings Tourer X Roof Top Tent (Aluminium) | 2-minute Setup from 4WD in Bendigo. The staff were not very helpful or customer-friendly. Before buying the tent, we specifically asked them if we would be able to leave our sleeping bag and pillows inside when closing it, because this was very important for us we have no space to store them elsewhere. Their answer was, “Yes, of course.” So based on that, we bought the tent (and other accessories). We also asked if we could add our light bar, and they told us, “Yes, I’ll show you after.” We never saw them again, and once we were home we realised it was actually impossible. Today, we set up the tent, put everything inside, and tried to close it. It’s simply impossible! We can’t leave anything inside. Thank you for the useless advice… we could have bought a different tent.

Best shopping experience I've ever had. Cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. Huge shout out to Amanda. Her product knowledge and customer service were second to none, nothing was to much trouble, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our upcoming trip.
