Brought a winch at the boxing day sale. Pulled the bullbar off and the winch didn't fit. I didn't mark the winch the box it came in just needed some clear tape on one side as I only cut one side of it and flipped it open the straps were not cut I slid them off. Went back to the store to get a refund and was told that because the box has been opened and its a clearance item there is no refund. I asked what am I to do with a item that doesn't fit and i was told not my problem. We are travelling around Australia and this is the first time I have heard of this no refund policy due to the box been opened and been a clearance item. I will not shop at any 4WD supacentre ever again and I will be informing every person I know and meet on my way around this great country of ours. I have just had a reply from kings and their saying if the purchased item is in its original condition and can be sold again then you can get a refund. Take a look at the photos that I have added it looks like it has just come off the shelf when you open it everything is back in its original spot as I took photos of how it came out of the box.

The team at this store have really good knowledge of their products. They are super friendly and helpful. We bought an item as 'click n collect' while we are full time travelling Aus. When we went to collect it, we just happened to find more of their great items that we needed! And they even did a little discount for us! The store has so many things for caravanning and camping, pretty much a 'one stop shop'. Thanks guys!!

A fairly new addition to the Kings 4wd supacentre stable and when I visited between Boxing and New Years day the place was rocking. Foolishly I had been to a couple of other camping type stores in Ballarat looking for 12v fridge cables and connections and the supply was limited or not at all. Then I had a long overdue brainwave and thought of 4wd supercentre in Dowling St Ballarat. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, they had dozens available for purchase. A great combination package deal meant that an otherwise $50 purchase ended up under $30. They staff here know their stuff and in future for these type of items it will be my first shopping preference.

The range and quality of goods is terrific. The customer service is brilliant. The staff helped us achieve the best value for our spend. It is well worth the short trip to their warehouse retail store to get the great savings. We are real, unassociated customers who appreciate being treated like valued customers and not just profit.

Very helpful and some great deals in store. Managed to pick up 30lt draw fridge at way below normal price. 2 x recharge led work lights at $8 each. Winner winner
