Went to Kings at Prospect, we had the pleasure of meeting Dylan. He was incredibly helpful and pleasant to speak to. His product knowledge was excellent, helping us to find what we were looking for and went out of his way on price and service. They will only attempt to offer customers “Super Saver” prices when you can indefinitely obtain “Floor” pricing, which is significantly cheaper. They seemingly refrain from bargaining because they aim to meet a target, which I believe takes unfair advantage of vulnerable individuals.

I bought a small gas BBQ from them and I really regret it. I only used it twice and it already started having issues. It doesn't heat up properly, and the gas outlet pipe is constantly clogged — even though I used proper covers and cleaned it regularly. Every time I try to start it, it just doesn't work as it should. I've contacted their support several times and even sent videos showing the issue, but they always respond with the same thing: "There’s nothing wrong with it." Their customer service is poor and they clearly don't care about solving customer problems. I do not recommend this BBQ or this store — look
