I had a great experience with 4WD Supacentre in Cairns. I had an issue with a fridge and dropped it off to be tested. Within three days I had a response and everything was sorted with a replacement organised. The customer service was fantastic, and Scott in particular could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed, made everything easy, and handled the situation quickly and professionally. Really impressed with how smoothly it was handled. Great service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend the Cairns team.

I recently bought a 36Ah Kings battery pack and a few other items from this store. The customer service was excellent. RJ and Jayden were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and sorted out a replacement quickly without any hassle. Really appreciate the great service – highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for good advice and quality gear.

Absolutely Outstanding Service! I recently purchased a camp fridge and a few accessories from the Kings Cairns store, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Jayden and Casey for their amazing service. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find exactly what I needed. Jayden went above and beyond explaining the features of the fridge and making sure I got the best setup for my camping needs. Casey was super helpful too — efficient, professional, and made the whole checkout process a breeze. It’s rare to find staff who are this attentive and genuinely care about the customer experience. Thanks to their help, I left feeling confident with my purchase and ready for the next adventure. Highly recommend visiting the Kings Cairns store and asking for Jayden and Casey — they’re absolute legends!

PM Cody was awesome salesman. Came in to pick up click and collect and ended up spending another $200!! He knew his stuff and had great advice. And it was his birthday!! This guy is a keeper!! Will be back :)
