I had a great experience with 4WD Supacentre in Cairns. I had an issue with a fridge and dropped it off to be tested. Within three days I had a response and everything was sorted with a replacement organised. The customer service was fantastic, and Scott in particular could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed, made everything easy, and handled the situation quickly and professionally. Really impressed with how smoothly it was handled. Great service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend the Cairns team.

I recently bought a 36Ah Kings battery pack and a few other items from this store. The customer service was excellent. RJ and Jayden were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and sorted out a replacement quickly without any hassle. Really appreciate the great service – highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for good advice and quality gear.

walked in and was immediately greeted by staff. jacob was friendly, super helpful & assisted me around the store, working out the best deals for me. prepared my additional click and collect purchase and helped out by carrying items to my car. overall, such a great experience, highly recommend the friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist at kings :)

For the type of store it is,it is a good one,quite large and plenty to buy. Staff all seem helpful and friendly.I used to use BCF exclusively,but after a bad experience with a car fridge that shit itself in 6 months,they were NOT interested in looking into warrenty,I will now be calling this place home for off road and camping gear
