Absolutely Outstanding Service! I recently purchased a camp fridge and a few accessories from the Kings Cairns store, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Jayden and Casey for their amazing service. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find exactly what I needed. Jayden went above and beyond explaining the features of the fridge and making sure I got the best setup for my camping needs. Casey was super helpful too — efficient, professional, and made the whole checkout process a breeze. It’s rare to find staff who are this attentive and genuinely care about the customer experience. Thanks to their help, I left feeling confident with my purchase and ready for the next adventure. Highly recommend visiting the Kings Cairns store and asking for Jayden and Casey — they’re absolute legends!

A great place with attentive staff Small hitch... we spent a lot of money (about 4k$) and the only commercial gesture was a small portable battery... Also, the frying pan and saucepan with the removable handle is very dangerous. I spilled boiling water on my legs when I tried to drain my pasta. The handle slipped and fell off the pan.

I relied on the advice of Jayden, a young salesman, to buy: refrigerator, battery and solar panels. He was extremely kind and professional. I recommend buying in store, I will definitely return for other purchases. Thank you

I’m disappointed. Had to return 4 times for things being sold to me that don’t fit or don’t work. I wanted a refund to my card instead of store credit for the last thing sold that doesn’t fit in my tent as it’s not my fault I was given the wrong thing. This request was rejected. Went into the store to speak to the manager who was on a phone call. They said they’d see me after the call then proceeded to help other people. I waited 15 minutes before finding someone else who wasn’t a manager. Going to have to cut the product to size which is unacceptable for being given something wrong and not being allowed a refund to my card. Shame because it’s really affordable but I won’t be giving them any more of my money or time
