I stopped by today just to get some information and ended up leaving fully prepared for my camping trip 🙌🏾 Ian M. took the time to understand my car setup and travel plans, and recommended gear that genuinely suited my needs. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.

Went in for a torch , came out 800 bucks later. The effort put in by the service lady( kaylee i believe) was astounding. Her patience when I changes my mind three times, had her running back to the computer with new deal prices...all with a smile . The staff you have in Townsville are all great to deal with, but this was worthy of comment .

Great warranty I had a 45 L fridge/Freezer has been running perfectly for the last four years failed on me on Monday took it in on Wednesday had a refund and brought a new fridge. Thursday. The staff were great very helpful.
