Hi my wife and I went into the Townsville store today to buy complete set up for a tourer. We had a very nice young lady named Kenzi and I got to say she was absolutely brilliant, we changed our mind a couple times as we come across different stuff and nothing was to much trouble, I have retired but before that I was a vehicle accessories fitter for nearly 30yrs and have fitted all the stuff they sell many times she knew all the specs and details and deals of all the stuff. She actually made shopping fun, we walked out nearly 5g later with everything we needed. A big thankyou to Kenzi for your help today. We will be back there shorty, the photo is only bout half of what we bought the rest was ordered

Been using your company for years and now I get told a courier can't collect my goods... I live on a ISLAND and we have a reputable transport company who regularly does click & collect from ANYWHERE in town for us. Can't even contact the store directly just an Indian call centre. Shocking behaviour just ignoring LOCAL businesses, will take all our future custom elsewhere like BCF, RTM and Anaconda who have NO PROBLEM helping LOCAL island businesses out.

Ordered a battery click and collect. Everything went smoothly, the initial quality of the product was good and follow up support over the phone worked well. Happy customer.

Be Aware the $WD Supacentre does not allow Uber pickups to complete deliveries. Will not be dealing with again as this is super inconvenient. Most other stores allow it. What is their issue??? If a driver was to steal it then it is easily traceable.

I recently purchased a grand tourer roof top tent, brand new 270XL awning, all the mounting brackets and accessories . I have been in the market for quite some time and was very hesitant to purchase one. I came into 4WD supa centre Townsville and spoke to a gentleman “Brent”. After a good discussion of what I was looking for I was absolutely sold, Brent knew exactly what he was talking about, was extremely professional, offered me suggestions to enhance my camping set up and helped me every step of the way!!! Took the tent home and it was extremely easy to fit together !! As a result of this excellent experience I will 100% be back for more !! Could not be happier!!!!
