I have purchased many things from this store ! The staff are incredible and the service is next level ! You only have to walk into this store and you will be greeted with a smile and as much helpful advice as you need ! The standout star of the store is NOLAN ! he has helped me so much. I discussed with him that I was making changes to my life due to a DV situation and his help, care and compassion was heartfelt. Thanks everyone you are all amazing and deserve a big pat on the back !

A disappointing experience in this store. Went in a week ago to purchase a battery. Wanting to ask a few questions on a lithium battery looked around for some assistance. No one around. Waited for ages until someone appeared only to be told there were none in stock even though I had seen them advertised on sale that day. Left disappointed. When back today to find the same, no staff around to help. Eventually Nolan turned up, didn’t appear overly enthusiastic. Ended up purchasing a lithium battery only to be told by my sister later on that day that she thought a different charger was needed other than a normal car battery charger. Decided to take it back the same day I purchased it and tried to get some answers but not really to my satisfaction. Decided to return it and get my money back but was told I could only get store credit (which I probably wouldn’t use.) Asked about then purchasing a charger from them but found they didn’t stock them. A great help! No problems with the store in Toowoomba where I moved from. Always found plenty of staff there who were all enthusiastic and keen to assist. Don’t think I’ll ever be entering the doors here again.

Really poor customer service and a 10% "change of mind" fee charged when I returned a product the next day once I realised it was the wrong one. However I had zero help from the store attendee to ensure I was purchasing the correct item, nor was I told about this fee at the time of purchase, and the model I needed was not on the store floor making it difficult to find the correct item. When exchanging the item the store manager told me to go find a staff member for them to bring me out the correct item... I wondered around the store waiting to find someone. I just would have appreciated some actual help and human decentness. Being a young lady overwhelmed by a store like this, please keep that in mind for your future customers.
