Nikki served me and my friend multiple times at the parkinson store and has always been friendly and cheery and knowledgeable about the products taking the time to get information to get the best products for whats needed, shes good with the kids making them feel welcome. She deserves a raise and employee of the year.

Brought 100 amp lithium battery 3 months old now will not power my kings fridge. Tried a friend's battery on fridge and it works perfectly. My battery drops below 11 volts in 5 mins. Asked for a warranty and they said my battery is fine. If you buy a battery from kings dont expect them to honour the warranty

Staff were great. I went in about 6 weeks ago and their smoke alarm was chirping the whole time. I went back in yesterday and their smoke alarm was still chirping. I spoke with staff about it and was informed management didn't care about it at all. It was driving me mental for the 15 mins I was in there, I couldn't imagine having to do an 8 hr day.

Went in to collect our roof top tents we ordered on click and collect and was met by their friendly staff member Jayden that remembered us from previous visit and helped us out with extras that we didn’t know would benefit our camping experience. The warehouse staff were awesome too loading the two tents on. Thanks Team will be back!
