I just want to give a huge shoutout to Louise at King’s SupaCentre. Hands down the best person I’ve ever dealt with in any store. She was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in and genuinely took great care of me. Even when a technical issue popped up, she didn’t brush it off or make it my problem, she went above and beyond to sort it out and make sure everything was handled properly. You don’t see that kind of service often anymore. Really appreciate the effort, Louise. You made the whole experience a lot easier. Highly recommend seeing her if you’re heading in!

Talked to David about getting another Fridge for camping. The King's 40 litre is perfect for my second camp fridge.So I purchased it along with other things that came in the bundle .He also helped out with how I was going to set up the different ways of powering it a later date . This was most likely going to be through one of Kings BatBlock25 system boxes . Definitely a salesman that knows all the products and very willing to help you understand the products and how they all work ,And that was my first visit so I have now been back about 6 weeks later and seen Mat who also was very good . Talked to him about what David had helped me with and we went through it again which was great as a refresher and I walked out with my new BatBox25 ,120 a/h Lithiam battery, the wiring to set up in vehicle and to solar panel and the large solid solar panel as well. Couldn't be happier with the gear and service from sales and counter staff. Will be back for more .

My partner and I had a great experience with Louise at the Kings Browns Plains store while looking at an awning. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured. She explained the options clearly and helped us find something that suited our needs and budget. Really great customer service and a smooth, pleasant experience overall. Been there twice now. First time I was a newbie to the whole 12v fridge, smart alternator, solar panel what to do what I need etc experience.. so experience was not the best.. not the worst but I was not as informed as I should have been.. if your new to it all.. do some research first. They are sales people and if you don't ask the right questions or explain it all correctly you might get an expensive experience.. my second visit Mint . I knew what I was talking about (mostly) and the sales man (sorry Budd forgot your name) mike, or Matt.. was super helpful and there were upgrades to the products I had purchased before.. still do yourself a favour and research before you go in..
