Are willing to pay for a bundle promotion which is great… only to find out that they don’t have the stock? and when you ask the staff, they will reply rudely that they don’t know when is the next delivery and if I want a refund they can only allow in-house refund? whoever owe this store… please do contact me. I am really willing to give my advice.

Sadden with my experience today. Management has always been so lovely and friendly. Today I witnessed the female manager using the most awful language in front of customers towards her staff. She was rude and far from professional. Not a good look for a store that usually is pleasant to shop in

Love to buy stuff for camping such a big discount we get… team members ate nice … especially thanks to the lady who assisted us name Kirstin… she’s really nicely assisted us and get what we are looking 🥰 this is our first camping All the best !

Went in on Boxing Day, even though it was busy not one staff member even said hello on my way to the counter there was a male team member with a hat on and a female staff member swearing loudly to each other they didnt even seem to care of their surroundings it was rather off putting that I left without purchasing. Wasn’t a nice experience

Credit where credit it due.... Kirsten at the Mackay store was amazing. Nothing was a bother and Kirsten went above and beyond to assist myself and my husband. The store was very busy and all the staff were great but Kirsten's was patient with us and made sure we left as satisfied customers.
