I came in to exchange my tent, which was still under warranty, and the service was absolutely amazing! They took back the old one and gave me a brand-new tent, handling everything with a smile. The whole team was attentive, efficient, and super friendly. They even secured the straps around the box to make sure the tent stayed in place for transport. True professionals who really know their stuff — I highly recommend this store!

They have terrible refund policies and after sales support which lets down their products. If you feel confident you’ll get a refund if there’s an issue you’ll be far more likely to buy. This unit failed I returned it and the process was just intentionally difficult in order to wear me down and make me capitulate. Excessive testing, documentation and then when finally “approved” they only offer a store credit which violates consumer law. You can get a refund but it is another approval process and has to be processed by head office. This is an ACCC complaint waiting to happen. Refunds should be offered at point of sale immediately and at the customers discretion if an issue can be proven which in this case it was. If I had the energy id take it further but I don’t which is what they are banking on when you buy something from them so just be aware of that if you ever buy from them. Kiss your money goodbye if it fails.

I was here to pick up my online order and met with Hannah, she did a good job in attending to me. It was a great custom service experience. Staff young, vibrant and enthusiastic like her are rare to find in this day and age. Thank you Hannah and keep it up.

The staff were extremely helpful and the products are designed to be as easy to use while maintaining quality. Nigel, the store manager was able to help me arrange my entire electrical system and fridge with heaps of extras thrown in at a great price.
