The product I purchased was faulty, and while that was disappointing, what was far worse was the customer service I received at the store. I was treated as though I was attempting to scam or deceive staff, when in reality all I wanted was to replace a faulty part. This was a brand-new product that did not work as intended. I did not ask for a refund or a replacement product – only for the part required to make it function properly. To make matters worse, the store expected me, a mother with a 10-year-old child, to set up the camper awning in the back car park under direct sun, despite initially saying a staff member would come outside to assist. No one came to help. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I ask that you please address both the faulty product issue and the poor treatment I received at the Newcastle store.

Good range of Kings products, but I went to pick up two orders only for them to say they didn't have the second order on record. Then they called me to ask why I didn't pickup my second order. So just sort of unorganised. Would also say the location of the store is ridiculous. You're forced to merge or cross dense high-speed traffic to get out of the car-park.

Great & awesome experience with click & collect Heatherbrae - very efficient serving with Josh collecting my order & after a brief chat about a shower he sorted a gas heater, pump & tripod set up like a Ninja pronto too! Highly recommend & big shout out to Josh 🥷

Kaitlyn was absolutely first class in terms of knowledge and attitude. So bloody helpful and patient with this novice. She kinda knew exactly what I needed before I did. Exceptional knowledge in everything including complex electrical requirements. She went above and beyond. I am virtually certain I spelled your name wrong, lovely lady 😥. After I had paid cash and worked out the staff member had charged me for a different more expensive item. I asked if I could get the difference refund back. After about 10 minutes when I said I wanted the difference back in cash I was told that's not something they can do and he could only offer me a store credit. I said that wasn't what I wanted and they went away and came back offering again the store credit which I did not want l, then said the only way apart from store credit was raising a claim in the system which would take 3-5 days to get my money back. I said fine to this, they then raised a claim did not ask how I wanted to receive the money back and when asked they just said what ever the payment method of the last online order was I made which was not even related to this transaction. Don't even bother with this store it takes a good 20 minutes to even get served as the staff are too busy flirting and joking around with each other
