Great & awesome experience with click & collect Heatherbrae - very efficient serving with Josh collecting my order & after a brief chat about a shower he sorted a gas heater, pump & tripod set up like a Ninja pronto too! Highly recommend & big shout out to Josh 🥷

Do not buy from this retailer of sub standard products. I purchased a gazebo hub and the first (and only) time I used it, it leaked in lots of places in only light rain. They rejected my warranty claim as it is not waterproof but "water resistant ". The waterfront ingress was sufficient to wet my sleeping bag and saturate a water resistant jacket I had planned to ware to stay dry when packing up. I slept in my car that night. I'm 69 years old and accept and prepare for things to go wrong. Part of the fun of camping. I have never before returned any camping products. I can only assume their quality and post sale customer service is similarly poor. Reply to store response: Do not know where you got you extended exposure from. It was only a couple of nights , taking it easy after resent back surgery. 1 night hud 1 night car. You want me to provide weather details for the time at Olney State forrest.

*** BEAWARE MISLEADING INFORMATION OF KINGS PRODUCT *** I purchased the “KINGS 3×3m Gazebo Tent (AKTA-GAZ)” expecting standard 3×3m compatibility, but it only fits KINGS’ own frames. The dimensions are slightly off, so it won’t install on any other brand. • Not compatible with third-party frames at all • Product description misleading regarding size compatibility • Slow, unhelpful customer service that misguides buyers Make sure you really need a KINGS-exclusive tent before ordering.

I have just been in the store returning an 85L upright fridge (unopened) that I purchased yesterday after deciding that i will spend more money on two slide out drawer fridges and a 900mm slide out drawer for the fridges to sit on about another $350 on top of the $499 i spent the day before.After explaining what i wanted to do to the very nice guy serving me,he referred me to the yellow form stuck to the service counter that explains that i am up for a $50 return fee for changing my mind.I told him that i did not want a store credit or leave without purchasing other items to the same value or less but i wanted to spend more money with the company.I get that if the retailer is receiving items back that a fee is within their rights/consumer law however i don’t think it passes the pub test and is grossly unfair.To say i will not spend another cent with Kings is a given.

Kaitlyn was absolutely first class in terms of knowledge and attitude. So bloody helpful and patient with this novice. She kinda knew exactly what I needed before I did.
