We can’t thank Mitch enough for his outstanding help and expert advice. My partner and I originally went in just looking for an awning, but thanks to Mitch we left with everything we needed in one go. He was incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk us through all our options and help us find the best value for our budget. Mitch’s exceptional customer service means we won’t be going anywhere else, he truly deserves a raise!

Went there with last Wednesday and the staff were beyond helpful. I was worried that if my solar panel had been damaged from a online Kings purchase from QLD I'd have to return via the seller yet the pleasant lady there said we can see the purchase through the manifest on packaging so they could take care of a return and swap. The guy there that assisted me went out of his way to set up my solar outside and see to it being fine . I was Soo impressed by the service there that I just made purchases of items I'll rarely use tho did do for the sake of sales to that team of sales staff. The fella was more than competent and knew his products well. It was a excellent experience with All the ream there...... Update... Went back again to Look at power for camping and the ' guy ' from before this updated review was Mitch who works there. He lead me to exactly what I Tried to explain to him what I thought I needed and he intuitively knew what I wanted to say and he showed me not only options but the perfect setup for what I wanted to use power for. I said let's make a sale or something to that effect. Mitch is my go to guy of any Kings stores now or for camping needs. A gentleman and knows his products well 👍

Thank you Max and James for your service today! I previously had a lot of issues with the service and quality of my Big Daddy Deluxe swags. I bought 2, seasoned them and they both leaked to the point of waking up with a saturated mattress, wet clothes and dripping on my head. Customer service were no help at all, they gave no advice, suggestions, refund or apology. I went to pick up my exchange swags at the Gosford/Lisarow store and many issues were kindly explained and resolved. Max and James were understanding and gave me some extra tips for waterproofing. I’m hoping my next camping trip will be enjoyable!

Bought 2 car fridges and accessories and 1 didn't fit in my sons tray it was too high. Took it back within 1 hour of original purchase and they still kept 10% of purchase for restocking even though we bought another smaller fridge then got a store credit for the rest. This is there policy but I feel it's not consumer friendly and they will never get my business again and staff have no empathy whatsoever. Make sure you never have to take anything back

Bought a generator from these guys today, click and collect process was super quick and the staff were really helpful and friendly when I picked it up, helping to load it in the car and chat about why I bought it.
