Purchased two usb charging lights on Saturday one failed to turn on. I took it back to the store on Monday with the receipt. The staff member refused a refund without sending it away for product testing? They would email me a $9 gift certificate. This was despite wanting to upgrade to a higher model LED. Ending up walking out with a replacement...only after insisting with the absolutely grumpy counter staff member. All over a $9 item (terrible customer service) PS if management read this Australian Consumer Law is on your website. It is illegal to rewrite your own policy underneath your quoted text... Australian Consumer Law is there to protect customers from poor quality products.

I visited the store yesterday to buy a rooftop tent upfront, I decided to buy the Grand Tourer Sports Lite. The first guy who approached me was really nice and helpful, but since it's his 1st day at work, he can't answer all the specifications and installation questions. He then went to get assistance from another staff member. The new guy came, not a simple smile in his face and enthusiasm. I asked if the rooftop tent would fit my roof racks, we went out, and he measured the roof racks and it turned out it won't fit. He has no eagerness to guide me in the right process and how the rooftop tent can be possibly installed since I don't have enough knowledge about it. I asked if any of the other rooftop tents would fit my Prorack and unfortunately not any type would fit. I left disappointed with the customer service experience, I will just go spend my money to a different store to buy a rooftop tent.
