I have been more than happy with the Kings brand, I had been to the Kings store in sydney and in particular the store up at Gosford or Lisarow to none specific. I have found all the staff to be extremely knowledgeable in the products within the store and have found the prices to be relatively reasonable, fo what you are buying and for why someone would buy, such products I have even found the support staff say for instance the call centre people who I found to be located in Canberra Most helpful over the phone and relatively efficient in clearing up any matters that you raise with them I would recommend the brand to anyone looking to buy into such products, especially in comparison to the comparative products in th market place st present

Like someone else said, if I could give 10 stars I would. Josh was awesome. I purchased some gear online and when he received my order, gave me a call to advise that one of the items wouldn't be compatible with another I purchased. I went into the store to discuss and Josh easy spent 45-60mins with me, answering all my questions and going through options. Whilst their job is to always upsell and bundle, Josh always gave what I felt to be honest answers, showed me his own set up in his car and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or that was more expensive to make a sale. He was very kind and patient with me, super knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He is an absolute asset to the Fyshwick team and I will definitely be going back to him when I am ready to purchase the rest of my gear. Thanks Josh, you are a legend mate.

I visited Kings Super Centre twice this week and was really impressed with the service both times. Each visit I dealt with different staff members, but every single one of them was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer questions and make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s great to see such consistently friendly and professional service — highly recommend!

I had a really great experience with the warranty team at 4WD Supa Centre, specifically Olivia and Ben. They were both incredibly helpful, understanding, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Warranty claims can sometimes be a bit of a headache, but they made everything straightforward and stress-free. They actually listened, showed genuine care, and worked with me to get the issue sorted quickly. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days, and it definitely made a big difference. Really appreciate the support from both of them—absolute legends. Wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.

We’ve been to the ACT super centre several times and have been blown away by the help, especially Josh and Joseph. Whatever our issues, whether electrical or material or logistical, they’ve been excellent. We know that we will always get good service or advice when we come.
