Bought a 20L kings fridge, it was too small, brought it back to return and get a bigger one after not using it, but opening it up. They wouldn’t take it as an exchange to upsell to more expensive product. It would have been helpful to know this about their return policy before. Very disappointed, won’t be coming back here. Edit: you can’t return items here once you open it, make sure it’s the right one before you buy

I’ve shopped at 4WD Supacentre many times before, but this experience was unacceptable. I purchased a 45L Stay Cool MKII fridge and cover online for $428 and chose click-and-collect from the Gosford store. In-store, the exact same MKII bundle was clearly advertised and scanned at $389. When I questioned the price difference, staff confirmed the in-store price but insisted the higher online price still applied. After realising the prices didn’t match, they removed the promotional sign and claimed it was incorrect — despite the register and signage showing the same price. Charging online customers significantly more than in-store for the identical product is misleading and unfair. Very disappointing behaviour.

We can’t thank Mitch enough for his outstanding help and expert advice. My partner and I originally went in just looking for an awning, but thanks to Mitch we left with everything we needed in one go.
