I could only give 5 stars to Kaya, the salesperson who was kind, friendly, and truly helpful in finding what we were looking for. Before meeting Kaya, I had asked two other salespeople for assistance, but they seemed unhappy to be there. They showed no interest in providing good service, not even a smile or an attempt to check stock for the product we wanted. It was truly disappointing. It’s a shame that the store invests so much in advertising to attract customers but doesn’t ensure their staff are prepared and motivated to sell.

I really wanted to thank the bearded team at Mackay for your awesome customer service! You really helped me to know what I needed when it came to my power bank & hooking it up to solar. You gave great advice & also sorted me with a car charger & wall charger. Sorry I didn’t catch your names but highly recommend buying from here, the bundle deals are a bloody good option! Went in for camping chairs, walked out with a new swag, gazebo and all the accessories to go with them. Stewart, your a great sales person, very convincing in all the right ways.
