I came in to exchange my tent, which was still under warranty, and the service was absolutely amazing! They took back the old one and gave me a brand-new tent, handling everything with a smile. The whole team was attentive, efficient, and super friendly. They even secured the straps around the box to make sure the tent stayed in place for transport. True professionals who really know their stuff — I highly recommend this store!

Just went in to buy some batteries, looked at the tripod light and brought one of those as well. A big thanks to Glenn for helping me out and getting stock from the back of store to complete my purchase. Great service great place i will be back a pleasure shopping with you guys.

Ordered on line and drove from lismore to collect. Staff were friendly, one lady in particular, very helpful. Easy collection. Access is a little tricky and car park isn’t very big. But very good.

Jayden and Jared went above and beyond for us today. It was a busy day in the store but they made sure to take the time for us and issues with our batteries. They understood we were travelling and did their ultimate best to accommodate us. Can’t recommend this store, but mostly these two staff enough!

Poor customer service and sales support from this company. Firstly I came in to buy a drawer bundle and specifically chose the varsity lakes store due to their online website saying the items were in stock. However, found out when I arrived that the kitchen slide was on pre-order and I had to wait 2-3 weeks before receiving. Maybe don’t show it as in stock?? I was able to take the other drawer home with me that day. However just over a week later, I saw the same bundle on sale for over $140 cheaper than what I paid for. I spoke to someone on their sales team as they don’t have direct lines to individual stores and they said I could not get a price difference as I had already taken part of the order. They were unable to in good faith give me a store credit (which I was happy to use on purchasing more items from them) for the difference and when I asked to escalate the issue and speak to a manager they refused to have any wiggle room. I tried to explain that me re-purchasing at the lower price and returning the original order would warrant the same outcome but they still declined. This is really poor customer service and as a result I will not be purchasing from them again. Also, the drawers are very flimsy and crappy quality… I would shop elsewhere.
