I’m a loyal customer in the store. I spend a lot every year in this store. There is was a good manager there. I don’t remember his name. He was all the time. The discounts because when I go there I buy with a huge amount and a lot of stuff this time I I get there on Saturday. I’m trying to take a few stuff and I seen new faces. I took a tent and I asked for the fan price which is the rechargeable one. He told me two $50 and there is other lady comes so aggressive cannot even showing her Customer Service. She told me no this is two for 65 and she didn’t even say sorry or something I told her the German there he told me the price and the price is written down. She’s saying yes this is the discount finish from last week but now he’s 65. I don’t care what he told you. I put it on the system and I see the price she was so aggressive on the front of other customers and I just left everything and I go.

Good products and busy staff because everything is perpetually on sale! I changed my order and there was some confusion with swapping that order for something else, and yes the staff were mostly busy as mentioned, and yeah I made their day that extra bit special (apologies team :) ) Shout out to Hayley for sorting it out with some old school retail service and authentic sales skills, and also another staff member, not sure his name, again talking about the products ( the 12 V oven! ) and again just being genuine. Really appreciated.

I stopped in yesterday afternoon with an issue I had with my tub rack. I spoke with a Gentleman I can't recall the name of unfortunately. Absolutely fantastic customer service. He was genuinely a really lovely bloke, sorted everything out for the warranty, it was a quick process. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help. I really appreciate that. Good company, Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointing products and contradictory customer service I purchased a Kings Escape 75 fridge/freezer and a Kings 24Ah lithium power pack bundle from 4WD Supacentre. From first use, neither item performed as advertised. The fridge/freezer failed to cool correctly — after more than four hours, the freezer did not freeze and the fridge side never became properly cold. The power pack took several days to charge, became hot during use, lost power after only a few hours, and then would not recharge past one bar. I returned both items to the store and was advised that refunds are processed by head office and would take approximately three days. Instead, my refund was later rejected based on internal testing, despite the products clearly failing in real-world use. Throughout this process, I was given multiple conflicting explanations by staff about why the system may not have worked — including that it must be charged a specific way (which is not stated online), that there is “no fault,” and later that the products are not designed to be used together, despite being sold as a bundle. These contradictory explanations only added to the frustration and confusion. I made a 4-hour round trip to return faulty goods and have now spent significant time trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward refund. Based on this experience, I have completely lost trust in this brand and retailer and would strongly caution others before purchasing expensive electrical equipment from them. Very disappointing experience.
