I’m a loyal customer in the store. I spend a lot every year in this store. There is was a good manager there. I don’t remember his name. He was all the time. The discounts because when I go there I buy with a huge amount and a lot of stuff this time I I get there on Saturday. I’m trying to take a few stuff and I seen new faces. I took a tent and I asked for the fan price which is the rechargeable one. He told me two $50 and there is other lady comes so aggressive cannot even showing her Customer Service. She told me no this is two for 65 and she didn’t even say sorry or something I told her the German there he told me the price and the price is written down. She’s saying yes this is the discount finish from last week but now he’s 65. I don’t care what he told you. I put it on the system and I see the price she was so aggressive on the front of other customers and I just left everything and I go.

I am so impressed with the service and even free gifts as I walked into the center this morning. I have installed a fridge and drawer with stove and some extra goods. Great setup and easy to install. Thanks Kings! Eric

I stopped in yesterday afternoon with an issue I had with my tub rack. I spoke with a Gentleman I can't recall the name of unfortunately. Absolutely fantastic customer service. He was genuinely a really lovely bloke, sorted everything out for the warranty, it was a quick process. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help. I really appreciate that. Good company, Highly recommended!

Kings / 4WD Supacentre is a great option for camping gear, especially if you’re looking for the basics at affordable prices. I highly recommend checking out the Campbelltown store before heading to other camping shops — you can often find what you need for a cheaper price without sacrificing overall quality. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’ve had a couple of minor product issues over time (such as zippers on swag bags breaking or missing pieces in a pop-up shower/toilet). The store is also very busy, which can sometimes impact the efficiency of customer service. Overall though, it’s a solid store with good value products, and I’d happily shop there again.

Maybe was just a busy day but parking is hard to find Received a text my click and collect was ready yet they had to go find it as was not ready part was still in shop. I double parked at click and collect apologizing to cars I was making navigating the carpark difficult to. I had hoped to go in shop and have a look around but was no parking. It was a good deal on camp fridge, sale might have caused parking issue.
