I have bought from there twice now. My latest visit I was served by Francis. He was new so had to refer to his colleagues for a few specifics, which is to be expected, but he was extremely personable, talked me through my options, and made recommendations that cost me a little more, but were entirely more suitable. He is the perfect example of hiring for attitude and work ethic over specific knowledge. He's a great salesman and a genuinely nice guy to deal with. I left having spent more than I planned and feeling good about it. Will definitely be back to the Campbeltown store.

It’d be nice for the people who stand around front of shop to actually serve and put sales through. My husband spent 10 mins in line (while a female worker just went through paper work) instead of serving him. The other slower man serving was simultaneously taking phone calls. I’ve worked in retail before. Serve. The. Customers. He left his items and walked out.

Had a battery that had expanded so wasn’t keen on using it. Took it into the lady’s at Campbelltown and said look I don’t have my receipt but can you search for it. Yes we can. 5 minutes later I had a replacement battery and sent on my way. Great customer service even when the customer is a gimp like me.

Worst service ever I bought wrong air compressor took it back to buy more expensive one but they wanted to charge me 10% couldn’t get a refund. Service or lack of when I was picking it up should have indicated what my experience was going to be. I was buying this as a birthday gift and all they could keep saying was the 10% charge. Never again and buyers be careful !
