Went in this morning with the intention of picking up an order that was ready (which I did) but prior to that I decided to have a quick look at solar setups and see what was available for my requirements. A young bloke came over and offered me some advice (Michael I think he said his name was ?) and I must say he was quite pleasant to deal with and he bundled up a nice little package at a discounted price which I was happy with ! I’ve purchased kings gear before and never had any issues, hopefully this will all be worth it ? One thing I’m not happy about was he said the bundle would include a small torch but unfortunately that wasn’t included for some reason unbeknown to me. Maybe he forgot about it ? I should’ve checked more carefully, anyway feel free to mail me the torch if that’s possible please because I really would like that.

Fantastic staff- awesome customer service. Here's my story. Had a massive issue with an online order for a promotional order placed previous night, paid using PayPal. Apon arrival at store for pickup, order wasn't in system. I checked my bank account and payment showed pending. After 2 hours on phone between Paypal and bank trying to work out what happened, supposedly payment from Paypal to Kings was rejected, reversed and refunded resulting in my purchase not going through. As promo finished previous night, thought I was gonna miss out. After I explained whole ordeal to JESSE at Heatherbrae store, who was awesome by the way, they agreed to honour the promo deal, and I bought extra stuff on top as I was so stoked. Annoyed about the whole transaction but Jesse came through so still walked out satisfied. Thanks again mate.

Excellent customer service. They dug out a call transcript to confirm and then follow through with something their call Center had promised to me. They also tried to bring back a dead battery for me. The store was very busy, but there were plenty of staff to take care of it.

After I had paid cash and worked out the staff member had charged me for a different more expensive item. I asked if I could get the difference refund back. After about 10 minutes when I said I wanted the difference back in cash I was told that's not something they can do and he could only offer me a store credit. I said that wasn't what I wanted and they went away and came back offering again the store credit which I did not want l, then said the only way apart from store credit was raising a claim in the system which would take 3-5 days to get my money back. I said fine to this, they then raised a claim did not ask how I wanted to receive the money back and when asked they just said what ever the payment method of the last online order was I made which was not even related to this transaction. Don't even bother with this store it takes a good 20 minutes to even get served as the staff are too busy flirting and joking around with each other

*** BEAWARE MISLEADING INFORMATION OF KINGS PRODUCT *** I purchased the “KINGS 3×3m Gazebo Tent (AKTA-GAZ)” expecting standard 3×3m compatibility, but it only fits KINGS’ own frames. The dimensions are slightly off, so it won’t install on any other brand. • Not compatible with third-party frames at all • Product description misleading regarding size compatibility • Slow, unhelpful customer service that misguides buyers Make sure you really need a KINGS-exclusive tent before ordering.
