I came in to exchange my tent, which was still under warranty, and the service was absolutely amazing! They took back the old one and gave me a brand-new tent, handling everything with a smile. The whole team was attentive, efficient, and super friendly. They even secured the straps around the box to make sure the tent stayed in place for transport. True professionals who really know their stuff — I highly recommend this store!

Amazing customer service. Jaden was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of our situation. He helped us with our solar panel and battery inquiries and was very respectful and personable. Will definitely be back if we are ever in the area!
