The shop itself is exceptionally well-presented with great displays, always a pleasure to browse. While a previous visit had some service and stock issues, I'm delighted to say that they have clearly made significant improvements. My recent visits have been a completely different and much more positive experience. The counter service is now attentive and efficient, with staff readily available and acknowledging customers promptly. It's clear they've addressed the previous delays, creating a much smoother checkout process. Furthermore, it appears their inventory management has vastly improved, as I've found items readily available and information regarding stock accurate. It's fantastic to see a business take feedback on board and implement such positive changes. I now highly recommend this shop for its excellent presentation, improved service, and reliable stock availability. Keep up the great work!

Excellent Customer service, went in for a 60L Staycool Fridge, treated with respect and purchased in less then 2 minutes. I love Kings products but customer service in other store was really rude so I drive 30mins more to come get the product. Last 50L fridge lasted for 3 years plus, sold to upgrade to new and a little bigger. Happy Satisfied and 4 years with Kings Products.

My wife was in this store the other day when the 270 shade was on sale for about $350. Walked into and there were very little customers in the store. She walked around found what was looking for and waiting for help and waited and waited. After about 45 minutes and no help to be found she started walk toward a worker and he walk away as if he didn't see her. We have picked up a lot from the kings store and this midland store has to at the bottle of my list to shop at. To say the she wasn't happy is an understatement and she left without buying what she come in for. Now that I am back in Canada i can't help her at this time. She works in WA and we camp a lot and the prices are great but we may have to start looking at other places.

Your after-sales service is either completely incompetent, non-existent, or you’re literally paying people to sit around doing nothing. I came to your store in March 2025 to buy a rooftop tent. Your salesperson Scott confidently told me it would fit on any cross roof bars. Based on that, I purchased it for my Pajero. When I tried to install it, I found out it doesn’t fit at all — the rail spacing underneath the tent is too wide. This is a basic compatibility issue that your staff should have known. I returned to the store and was told to leave the tent at your Midland warehouse. Since then, I’ve been calling your after-sales department multiple times every single week, and I’m still waiting for a refund. Let’s be clear: • Not one of your employees can get me a manager on the phone. • Not one of my 9+ calls has been returned. Do you even have a manager? Or is he just getting paid to ignore customers? You guaranteed this tent would fit my car. It does not. That means it is not fit for purpose, as defined by Section 55 of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You’ve had more than three months. I’m no longer in Perth, so don’t expect me to walk into your store again. Here’s what I expect: • A full refund, not a gift card. • An end to this inexcusable delay. Right now, I have no tent and no money — just your empty promises and total lack of action. Do your job. Fix this now.
