Now there are emails to say they cannot open my multitude of photos and videos sent and have a social media staff person saying my long standing issue is being closed again…..if they can see it here & can seem to email replies to me I don’t know why they can’t see the copious pictures and email I have sent….Now December 2025 and no resolution despite repeated attempts to follow up…..A sad updated review following such lovely staff at this store. A faulty purchase that was initially looking promising to resolve in reasonable time has dragged out costing me time, money, frustration and sadly the inability to ever recommend this store to family and friends. No disrespect to the salesmen who helped out a really difficult situation, but the overall experience and still waiting for an expensive purchase to be rectified that now is still going and could have been much worse had we been relying on the item as initially intended……not good enough and definitely not a business I would be comfortable saying anything good about. Sadly the contrary, shop elsewhere. What an answered prayer today in store with the amazing Russ! I cannot express my gratitude for his knowledge, professionalism and absolute understanding when I wandered into the store today not having a clue how to go about our current situation and how we were going to make it work. Thanks to Russ my son and I have a fabulous roof top tent and plans for further additions in order of necessity and budget. (Also picking up on much needed things I hadn’t even considered!)Going over and beyond he also made the time to ensure I was connected with the necessary businesses for purchase and instillation of items needed to get our temporary home ready to use in the minimum time. I have no idea what I would have done without the help Russ gave me today, he’s an absolute credit to the business and went over and beyond his job role today. A huge thankyou from my heart!

I was served by Heath when I went into the Wodonga store to buy synthetic rope for my winch. I asked Heath about an issue I had with the (very old) DC-DC charger on my ute. He answered all my questions in a very friendly and cheerful manner, was very knowledgeable on the products and informed me of the current 'Bundle' specials. I purchased the rope, a new DC-DC charger and he threw in 2 small rechargeable work lights. I was very impressed with the pricing, but most importantly, how helpful and cheerful Heath was. Great service and I highly recommend 4WD Supacentre, Wodonga.

Once I was served after standing at the click and collect counter waiting the service was good. In that 15 minute wait though there was a staff member female that stood right next to the click and collect counter eating you could see her looking at me in her corner vision she knew I was there once she finished what she was eating she licked all of her fingers and just walked away. She grabbed a customer on the shop floor and said I’ll put you through. Once he was served she still just stood there. One of the other staff that was serving had to come across past 2 other servers to see to my order.

absolutly mint service at 4wd supacentre tbh. walked in kinda knowing what i wanted but not really and the guy who helped me was an absolute weapon aye, bloke knew his shit big time. didnt try sell me random crap just told me what actually works and why which i rate heaps. you can tell he actually uses the gear and isnt just reading off the box like some places. i asked a bunch of dumb questions and he still took the time to explain it without makin me feel like a idiot lol. store had heaps of stock and was set up pretty good, staff actually give a shit which is rare these days not gonna lie. defs be back for more mods and upgrades when the bank account recovers 😂 cheers legends 🤙

Attempted to ask a staff member a question, he was too busy to help (understandable) but then he was rude and was condensending. Went to the front desk he and 5 staff were standing around phone out. I told him he was too busy to help this set him right off. He raised his voice and started going off in front of my infant son. Clearly the staff member was having a bad day. Customer service is a bit hit and miss at this store but today it was appalling.
