A sad updated review following such lovely staff at this store. A faulty purchase that was initially looking promising to resolve in reasonable time has dragged out costing me time, money, frustration and sadly the inability to ever recommend this store to family and friends. No disrespect to the salesmen who helped out a really difficult situation, but the overall experience and still waiting for an expensive purchase to be rectified that now is still going and could have been much worse had we been relying on the item as initially intended……not good enough and definitely not a business I would be comfortable saying anything good about. Sadly the contrary, shop elsewhere. What an answered prayer today in store with the amazing Russ! I cannot express my gratitude for his knowledge, professionalism and absolute understanding when I wandered into the store today not having a clue how to go about our current situation and how we were going to make it work. Thanks to Russ my son and I have a fabulous roof top tent and plans for further additions in order of necessity and budget. (Also picking up on much needed things I hadn’t even considered!)Going over and beyond he also made the time to ensure I was connected with the necessary businesses for purchase and instillation of items needed to get our temporary home ready to use in the minimum time. I have no idea what I would have done without the help Russ gave me today, he’s an absolute credit to the business and went over and beyond his job role today. A huge thankyou from my heart!

Never again 😒 I bought a King's 90L fridge; it works awesome. About a week ago, I bought a battery pack to run it. I told the salesperson (a fantastic female salesperson, by the way) what fridge I had bought and asked for her advice. She was professional but said she didn't have knowledge of that product at that time. So she referred us to someone who could answer. I asked how long the battery would run the 90L fridge. His reply: "You might get 3 days, but surely at least 2 days when using half the fridge." Great, that's all I needed then. The maximum time was 17 hours; three times I tested it, all the same. The hassle of trying to get at least a store credit is an absolute nightmare; there is no direct phone number for the store, and yes, I was happy to pay extra to get the right product. I still have the battery pack due to the pain and hassle, and as far as going back to King's Camping, never again. Knowledge is king, but King's Camping's product knowledge is nil. Tell your staff not to give incorrect advice.

I was served by Heath when I went into the Wodonga store to buy synthetic rope for my winch. I asked Heath about an issue I had with the (very old) DC-DC charger on my ute. He answered all my questions in a very friendly and cheerful manner, was very knowledgeable on the products and informed me of the current 'Bundle' specials. I purchased the rope, a new DC-DC charger and he threw in 2 small rechargeable work lights. I was very impressed with the pricing, but most importantly, how helpful and cheerful Heath was. Great service and I highly recommend 4WD Supacentre, Wodonga.

Don’t blame the bank Andrew! The entire process to get my money returned is disgraceful! It wasn’t done in the time frame you say!!!! Poor form to blame the bank! Where do I start!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Returning faulty equipment and getting your money back seems to non existent with this putrid business! It’s been 2 weeks now and still no refund!!! Their refund policy and process isn’t fully explained or exposed for the public to know! Dealing with poorly trained staff, the store you purchase from doesn’t refund you! Has to go through head office! The claims manager rang me on 3/6/25 and told me my money would be returned to my bank account overnight!! STILL NO MONEY!!!! The whole experience and process has been abhorrent! Do not buy from them! Consumer Affairs now involved! I would leave minus a thousand star rating if I could! Seems no one knows what they are doing!!!! Absolutely disgusting Haven’t been updated, not an email!!! I have had to chase them to GET MY MONEY RETURNED!!!!
