Thank you for the amazing service and support. There was a big sale on when I went to the store and it was very busy. Yet the salesman spent time with me, sorting out what I needed and was very patient. I now have my solar set up and it's awesome.

UNDERSTAFFED TERRIBLE waited 30mins in line for items they left out of a previous purchase. Holly was your company’s only saving grace. She was amazing when we finally got to the counter.

Good store. Great layout. Amazing prices.... BUT... At the check out we were greeted by the back of a monitor - completely blocking the sales person. The sales person without talking to us clicked away on their computer for a good 3-4 mins. It wasn't a great experience and completely killed the whole experience.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced bar none!!!! No help from staff, no warnings on website about vehicle modifications maybe required to accomodate an awning and NO REFUND despite not opening the packaging and returning within 18 hours to the shop. Did my due diligence with both staff and the 4wd lacklustre website, but still got the purchase wrong! No help at all from staff and was forced to accept a credit which I didn’t want. NEVER go back there again ! Only give refunds if goods are broken and under warranty, and no refunds for items that aren’t fit for purpose!!!!!! ….. be careful there!

I bought a 20" light bar, extremely happy with it's performance, time will tell on quality, but so far excellent. The staff were super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Great experience shopping for once. Well done
